Don't forget to work those legs too! Here is a video using the resistance bands to work your legs and glutes from Brad and his lovely wife. ruclips.net/video/9gIQstPTp0M/видео.html
Citizens award for you guys. IDK what. Nobel Award, but nominated by the world internet society, and given some type of something similiar to Nobel, cuz what you teach and share is nothing but to ease the pains of humans, improving quality of life. If you haven't been told, YOU GUYS, are appreciated. Sincerely.
We love you both, are huge fans, especially since my pinched and burning nerve issue! Love and healing health to Bob with the best partner, Brad! Blessings to you and yours!
You two are really the best physiotherapists in the world. I like the way you explain how to do all the exercises. These exercises are really what I need to strengthen my shoulders. I am having limited shoulder mobility since a year and doctors say it's adhesive capsulitis..
Guys, you continue to ROCK! Bob, keep up the pace, you are looking awesome. I have a resistance wall in my garage (along with my vertical hanging station) and you both (along with my personal physical therapist) have been instrumental in helping me avoid rotator cuff surgery. Pretty impressive....I certainly am impressed! BobandBrad Strong! Cheers!
Ha ha I'd read to fast and had to re-read but enjoyed reading "Thanks for all the demons!" Happy Thurs everyone, if you're partying in Montreal that's it's true party 🎉 night, pertaining to old pay days!
Thanks, gentlemen. That was a LOT of information, but I saved it and will rewatch. Old man here. Out of shape, but trying to improve. This information will be VERY useful. Thank you.
I love this video! Had bought a bunch of these bands and was wondering what exercises I could do with them. Your video came so handy. Thank you for the wonderful work you are both still doing 😊. @ Bob - you are an inspiration to us all. ❤ Keep seeking improvement to your condition. Our bodies have the potential to heal itself. That is how God made us to be.
Good video. I love what you are doing. I do have one ask though, could you all be a bit more descriptive when describing the movement? I am blind so rely on the verbal description and trial and error to figure out instructions. Once in a great while i can get someone who can see the video to describe but that doesn’t happen regularly.
If the clicking doesn't hurt, you don't really need to worry about it. Here is a video we did on the clicking and popping of the shoulder: ruclips.net/video/9FRleYEHkXA/видео.html
Hey Bob and Brad! I was wondering what you guys think of the "walk at home" stuff as far as joint impact. I LOVE "walk with a doc" but if i do several in a day it does seem to be a little unfriendly on the knees.
I wear safety goggles when doing either the cables(like you have) or using the flat bands. Last thing I want to see is my eye rolling across the floor.

That's so nice of you to say :)
You have said it all! We would if we knew how!
Bob, I hope you make a good recovery. Stay positive!

We will have to look into this !
Nothing to do with this video, but could you guys do a video on the Jefferson Curl? I’m hearing some conflicting info.
I will add this to our to do list!
Thanks. Love your stuff.

That should definitely not happen!
I have trouble understanding the speech of a lot of RUclipsrs, but as long as the video has closed captions, it's not a problem! Hang in there, Bob!
Thank you!
Hey, yall! 👋

I hate bands. Just looking at them makes me feel insecure.
Sorry to hear that!
