I bought the wall anchors, and I can confirm that they work extremely well, much better than a cumbersome door anchor. I discovered resistance bands a few months ago, and they're almost all I use now, even though I have a home gym with a weight bench, dumbbells, and a simple cable machine. The resistance bands are so much easier on the joints than the free weights that I actually look forward to working out, and do two or three quick workouts a day. The difference in my muscle tone and size is very noticeable, and I feel more fit than I have in years.
These things are amazing. Make sure you mount them in a stud! I have 3 in my bedroom and I don’t need a gym membership anymore. Best $40 I spent in a long time.
How do you know what height to put these too,I'm 5ft 2in so would I need to put one at ankle height, one at waist height and one at shoulder height, please anyone as I would like to order these
I have seen two question's regarding the placings of these clips, which have not been answered . What heights and distance apart are appropriate, besides the floor one.
Basicly, ankle lever, center chest level and wrist level when reaching overhead. Search Bob and Brad RUclips How to install Wall anchors for complete details and demo Brad
Bodylastics are really great I bought a full set a while and they still last and they come with wall anchors as well, not like yours but still do the job
I have a question for you Docs., not related to this video. Hopefully you can help or if anyone else can give me some input I'd appreciate it. I am an active person, I workout about 4-5 days a week. (I am not a runner) I do high intensity interval training. I have not had previous leg/feet injuries or issues however, just recently I've been having pain on my left ankle. I thought it was Achilles tendonitis but I did what you suggested to see if I did that that, but I didn't. What I noticed is that if I start jogging, it hurts and after being seated for a while, once I get up and start walking, it hurts. If I walk on tip goes, the pain sort of goes away but not completely. What do you suggest may be the cause?? I hope you can help. 🙏
Thank you for the demo, i wanted to try it but was unsure how to do it. Looks like a great system. Would you say these are safe exercises are for a bulged l4 l5 disc ? Im currently doing your mckenzie exercises
I tried to order the bands but unfortunately they are out of stock. Do you know if they will be available at a later time? If not do you have another brand to recommend?
My building is made of steal, not wood, due to fire codes (I'm told). Have you had any feedback on how stable these anchors are when secured into a steal "stud" rather than a wooden one?

Not until the bulge is healed, I wish you well.

Where do u get the kits?
go to Bobandbrad.com or just find link below the video please.
Any reports of these damaging the wall where you install them?
No, but they will leave 2 screw holes if you move them. Easily patched with spackling if you are a little handy.
