Great lesson! Been playing for 50 years and absolutely never heard or seen this information! Wish I knew that lowering the pelvis (and keeping it low) could prevent lower back problems for all those 50 years. Very impressive information! I've had back problems, brought on by golf for most of that 50 years. But since I've thought more about how the hips move, back problem are non existent. Now I know why. Now I know how to prevent future back pain! Thanks!
@@ahkau4612 would definitely suggest going about that from a pelvic pivot perspective rather than trying to actively effect the knees. Get the pivot right and the knees will typically behave properly
I'm not sure if this question makes sense but can you set up at address with hip flexion already? So all You have to do is turn back and turn through with one less variable
@@elitegolfschools Awesome!! Okay I did mess around with it but only with my net and it felt GOOD didn't have to worry about my early extension or getting my hip out of the way. Now I need to watch some Keegan Bradley again! Thank you 🙏🏾
Since discovering your channel scores dropped esp since face control improved but suddenly lower back (think right kidney area) pain recently started. I wonder if this is why.
Video idea: how to keep the ribcage in front of the pelvis for as long as possible and how to balance. I think a lot of players struggle with this and don’t even realize it.
You guys work together extremely well. Very effective instruction 😊
@@davidgleason7245 right on! Very fun making these videos!!

Does dropping the right knee & hip thru impact de-stress the L-spine?
@@ahkau4612 hip flexion and thoracic rotation is a good way to destress the L spine 🙏
