What is the benefit of going heel to toe? Would this not slow down the window of reaction time/leave your leg vulnerable at the time of the heel landing.
My coach puts an emphasis of always feeling the weight through the balls/ pads of your feet , I would love to hear your understanding and reasoning behind this
