You can change the light colour in the software
i mod all my mouses to white led as soon as i get them, white is the best color for precision in a mouse, because it's not monochromatic it will capture a wider range of variation in brightness.
green is damn cool to look at and make a lot of light.
i modded a mouse with a dvd laser, it's damn cheap to take a laser from this things instead of buying the laser.
