Thomas is now potentially the biggest legend that Brentford has ever seen. Us Brentford fans worship the floor that this man walks on, he is absolutely fantastic. The biggest compliment that I gave him is that when he came to Brentford, he took our existing culture and was able to mould it to become his own implementation of it, while still keeping the fans fully involved and the clubs roots at the heart of it all.
Words cannot describe how much I love this man and everyone involved at the club! I still can’t believe how far we’ve come, every season in this league feels like a massive achievement, a cheeky run in Europe would be nice 😃
As an Evertonian I would absolutely love him to be our manager at the new stadium but I admire him too much to inflict our sorry state on his genius. A gentleman on so many levels… the game needs so many Thomas Franks.
I honestly dont think he would never go to a everton or a west ham. They are clearly historically "bigger" clubs but it doesnt really matter in this case. He has said himself that he will never have a setup that is better than what he has now, and only the right situation at a top 6 club could lure him away. Would he have a better chance to get to europe with west ham or everton than with Brentford? Unlikely. Is he more likely to be fired after 6-12 months. Very much so.
@@Admire Agreed, even as a West Ham supporter. Would love to think that one of the (so called) biggest clubs would entrust him with their job one day - is he really less qualified than a Postecoglou, an Amorim, a Ten Hag?
I saw the match against Chelsea last night. I were so impressed by how all kept fighting on and in the end got very very close to come all the way back. Many teams easily could have ended with a 5-0 loss but by TEAM work they found a path back that were SO close to fully materialise. It ended with a 2-1 loss but I admire deeply how they fought to last second in both ends. It makes matches so great because you know that even if behind, they will fight to the end and we have seen it can make the difference. That TEAM spirit and fighter spirit are the reason I, that have been a Man Utd. fan most of my life, now watches all the Brentford matches I can. May Brentford continue to climb the ranks. Europe needs to see more Brentford!
Thomas Frank is an excellent personality to have for a podcast which covers high performance. His values, mindset and expectations are enough to improve anyone to be just a little bit better than before. Marginal gains are imperative for improvement while already doing well. Great interview!
As a dane i can see alot of the danish values shine thru in some of the topics Thomas talk about. mostly regarding how "the lucky / rich" people handle themself around less fortunate people. Great interview :)
@@BigDome1spurs are below Brentford currently and I think he's aware of what he would be walking into there. I can't see that happening. Possibly Bayern, Dortmund or the Danish national team though

Watched his podcast on The Coaches voice when Brentford were just promoted from the Championship and he still sounds the same. Very good coach and human being ❤.
Brilliant manager who has done a fantastic job at Brentford and a thoroughly nice guy too. I'm sure very soon he will be offered a job at one of the big PL clubs or elsewhere in Europe.

@nigelbaldwin1038 after Hasenhuttl was probably the only opportunity, before we blew it with Nathan Jones and Ruben Selles. Even Sean Dyche was available at that time, and we didn't even consider him. Just went for the cheapest options. Dreaming of better times is all I have at the moment! 😄

😂😂😂 ffs Thomas Frank is European Champion 1992. And you said he didn't have a successful career 😂.

Thomas Frank always just seems like the loveliest man
I know he is. He lived close to us in Denmark before Brentford. He is very nice and very Down to Earth. Like almost all danes 😂😂
One of the best trainers in Europe, incredible achievements in so little time. Embodiment of high performance, perfect interview.
8 years is “so little time”?
To take us where we came from yes
Doing a good job. But you never will attract the top players. Like let’s be real nobody dreams of playing of Brentford
He has made them a stable premier league in 4 years, and got promoted to the Premier league from league 1 in 3 years under him.
Brondby supporters would have a different opinion

Incredibly underrated manager. I’m not a Brentford fan at all, but this guy is brilliant
What a lovely, level headed sensible man. Love his outlook on life and attutide towards how to treat other people. Top Guy! C'mon you Bees 🐝

It took Thomas 8 games to get his first win at Brentford. Could you imagine a Top 6 side being that patient?
Is a top 6 side as poor as brentford? Do they have the same players? That’s the dumbest comment I’ve seen in a while
