Its all up from here Jimbo, watched the pod where u talked about your journey in the media, absolutely deserved! My fav football related person to watch!
@spenceflatulence Yes but in this instance he talkks more than just tactics,he talks about certian game scenarios which managers would not know how he would react to it
@@TheOfficialGobbledyGooker You realize he manages Brentford right.. Brentford who before Frank hadn’t been in the top division for 74 years, and at no point in history were ever considered a first division team, a club who’s financial worth isnt even 1/10th of Man UTD’s?
@@1whippple1 brentford had a brief spell of being one of the top teams in the first division last time they were up with crowds of about 30,000. But thomas has done immense work to get them closer to that again
As a Bournemouth fan, huge respect for Brentford and Thomas Frank, for smaller clubs to keep performing at the level they do takes hard work whilst working with a much smaller budget than most in the league
Thank you so much for such an amazing FOOTBALL content. Pure and genuine about of the best coaches in the best league in world. Have a club like brendford so stable in premier league, playing such an entertaining good football and missing his best player, say a lot about him. Chapeau
He’s like a dog in a dog park here, he just lost his cool for a minute. *shouts to owner* YEAH NAH HES A BIT EXCITED, DON’T WORRY HE DOESN’T BITE, HE’S FROM THE RUclips
It´s honestly such a joy to watch Brentford play. Individual mistakes happens all the time in any team but I love how Brentfords players apply extra fighting will, run the extra needed, to counter the effects of teammates mistakes. The recent match against Ipswich a great example. Brentford down 2 goals primarily because of defence mistakes and yet, through immense fighting will and relentless attempts to attack, they ended up winning 4-3. Not a shred of attempt to park the bus when ahead 3-2. What an entertaining match AND a deserved win!
Just watching now but great to see James get these opportunities where he can get involved with the tactical side of things which he's clearly interested in and enjoys and Thomas Frank was brilliant and is always someone I enjoy listening to.
Omg this is soo good !!!! Such insightful talks by Thomas. Sky Sports PL pls keep this series coming and invite more and more managers. Would love to experience everyone's beliefs and footballing brains
James is the absolute best. FACT!! I bet it was like christmas morning for him to get the opportunity to be with an incredible coach like thomas frank and a tactics board!!! Perfect for us too
Top man Thomas Frank. This is a video I would definitely sit down and watch. Can’t say the same for certain other arrogant pretenders out there such as Postecoglou.
@ He’s said very recently that he has no reason to leave and he is fully committed to the players, staff, board and fans. Little old Brentford will be playing in Europe soon.
I really like Thomas Frank, I'd happily have him at Spurs if Ange doesn't work out. I'm fully behind Ange of course, just saying I wouldn't mind this guy in the future some time.
i think united made a mistake and choose wrong coach again, TF is sooo good. PL proven, massive exp, actually can coach and manage players, adapts mid game if something goes wrong, never panics or overreact. Finished 13th and 9th in 2 first seasons! Mental! Even Liverpool wanted him but didn't made the move because Slot suited better.
I will give everyone a game to play. See if you can notice when a pundit either on tv or in a written piece uses the phrase 'in the ascendancy' I first started hearing this about 20 years ago and I now hear it every game I watch. Its now crept into things like this video. Someone please give these pundits another phrase to use.
This would be great if the forced sponsor spots didn't exist, they drag this down to good. Should've really been more subtle or then just ask the manager if he thinks the ratings are good in his opinion or not.
he has basically done nothing else his whole life, started as a coach at the age of 22, has a bachelor's degree in coach-based management style from the Institute of Sports in Copenhagen

What an incredible talker Thomas was. Loved every second of it 😊

We can only move forwards 🫡
so happy someone like you is doing these. someone that understands the game. well done james.
We can see the spark on your eyes. Good job, mate!
Allcott + manager + tactics board = perfection 🙌🏻
Go and watch the first Wolves goal and the winner against Ipswich after watching this chat 🤯😂
Its all up from here Jimbo, watched the pod where u talked about your journey in the media, absolutely deserved! My fav football related person to watch!
I respect Thomas Frank for always being so vocal about his tactical ideas, most manager would rather give conservative answers to avoid being exposed
The opposition watched his last 50 matches and know exactly what his tactical disposistions are. There is not many secrets in modern football.
@spenceflatulence Yes but in this instance he talkks more than just tactics,he talks about certian game scenarios which managers would not know how he would react to it
What a legend Thomas frank
Brilliant manager
He lost to Ten Hag 2 weeks ago 😂😂😂😂
@@TheOfficialGobbledyGookerpep, emery and klopp lost to ten haag so I’m not sure why your wobbly brain thought that comment was good

James Allcott is the best thing to happen to Sky sports for 10 years.
agreed!
Still can’t get over how good this is!
Why are there so many bots on sky?
As a Bournemouth fan, huge respect for Brentford and Thomas Frank, for smaller clubs to keep performing at the level they do takes hard work whilst working with a much smaller budget than most in the league
Is this the only video in the series or are there more with other managers? This is great
Think this'll be part of a series called 'Inside The Mind', not sure whether James will be in the next one though
Ten Hag furiously taking notes
😂😂😂
The only notes he’s taking is what taxi to take out of Manchester
Loved watching this vid of an underrated tactical genius and Thomas Frank
Brilliant interview. This is what I want from Sky sports not the comedy crap from nonsensical RUclipsrs
DEI central 😊
Different strokes for different folks, but I agree this is fantastic content.
Huge stuff Jim!!
ayo??
Great insight. Thomas Frank is a lovely guy
This is outstanding content. Would love to see it with more managers
Only Thomas is this frank with his tactics
😂
Don't ever take this man for granted Brentford.

loved this! Can tell how much Allcott admires Mr Frank!
great recovery with rest of video after that strangely intimate grab by James @ 2:00
I’m glad I’m not the only one who saw that and slightly cringed 😂 like “I know you’re excited, James but calma!” Lol
Noticed this too. Strong 'high school crush' energy.

James Allcott ❤
Love to see James getting the recognition he deserves with these big interviews
Loved this
Thomas Frank is my favorite manager, not even a Brentford fan
Go on JLA 👊🏼
Class video, James is a great host, and Thomas Frank relays his points clearly.
James on Sky again, get in
I love Thomas Frank!
He really makes everything so clear. Amorim is the sexy pick but I would also happily have Thomas as the next United manager
To the tactics boaaaaard 👏
Deserved James, what a man!
Loved this. We need more!
Wow great watch ...insightful
What a fantastic video, well in Jimbo!
two of the best people at their craft sky could learn a few things from this whole video
Taking all of this for my Sunday team
Need significantly more managers talking as open as this
Love this format
Don't know what the people at Man Utd are smoking but Frank would absolutely be perfect for them.
He has a better team at Brentford 😂. He'd end up like Graham Potter
More of this!
Here for our Jimmy x
great video from premier league and thomas frank , he will be perfect candidate for Manchester united
As a Man Utd. fan I rooted for Thomas Frank coming in after ETH long before ETH (finally) got the boot.
James is better then those other youtubers on sky they do your head in,, he should definitely do the next one
fascinating, class content Jim

I'm convinced he's the man United should be going for
Let not forget this is the man that did the double over Pep Guardiola in their champions league winning season
W and yeah Breaking Bad slams

What Thomas Frank talked about is more useful for playing football manager than EA FC 😂
