I finally found a page that I can relate too. I don’t know how I ended up on your page but I had a 4hr drive yesterday and I binged on almost all of your videos.
I really needed the "Take Breaks and Time Off" segment. At my last position, the clients and my previous director forced me to take time off. When I did, I literally did what Diaka said NOT to do: booked 25 appts, decluttered, and cleaned. I eventually learned to take natural breaks but now that I'm in a new position, I reigned that in. Our NEW client always reminds me to "save some for tomorrow". She comes back from Brazil next week and is making me take a few days off without using my PTO. Now that I've found my groove, I am definitely going back to my natural breaks. Thank you so much for the reminder and quality content!!
Wow!! Now it all makes sense. I’m definitely a busy person vs productive 😔 now I understand why I don’t “get anything done”. Great video and thank you for sharing this info
I'm not going to lie, today And tomorrow are crazy busy for me. And I've seen multiple videos on how to manage time, do lists, set timers, etc. But as I said before, your videos were my aha moment. I think it is because our lifestyles are very similar. But in any case, the next two days will work for me because I have a plan to manage my time; making time for what is important while also setting aside time for me because as you said nothing works if we don't work. I am so guilty of making long to do lists but I do like to try and get as much done as I can from that to do list. This was some great advise. We are getting much better at having editing time. xx
The timer tip is super. I will try that, thanks. I feel I'm productive but still busy as my to do list is still long and guides me on the priorities. I am Learning to not add to the list until i complete more off the existing to do list to be less busy.

Cleaning,instead of cleaning I’m organizing or going through things to get rid of.
I know cleaning the next thing you know you look up at the clock and you’re like I haven’t even made a dent in what I’m doing!
I have a question about your conversation about taking a day off are you concerned that if you take a day off you will not get paid?
I’m on salary so luckily I am paid for those days.
