Well, that's not entirely true. He's pretty much a parody with how comical he acts most of the time which was not the case in the All Hallows Eve movies where Art was straight forward and creepy. He wasn't putting on a show.
@@devontehuntley6274i personally think art was always supposed to be "funny" it just didn't translate ok screen as much with the actor who previously played Art. I completely agree with Damien on the runtimes. T2 definitely could have used a little trimming in the third act, but T3 actually felt like it needed a few more minutes to breathe. Those two hours went by FAST. I can't imagine trying to find that balance in editing.
I know when I heard after watching it that it was over 2 hours I couldn’t believe it. It really flew by and the ending needed a lil more set up I think

The Rio theatre in Vancouver was an absolute blast last night! I'm definitely going to watch Terrifier 4 there when it comes out, the crowd and atmosphere was fantastic!
This is such a perfect interview and gave me so much respect for the director. I expect nothing but that best from y'all! Big win w/ Damien ☮️
These two really know their stuff and their success well deserved.
And naming all the big names you’re up there with them now Damien, don’t be so modest and art the clown is an icon!! He ain’t going anywhere.
Took my girlfriend, who before dating had pretty much never watched a horror movie before, to go watch it last night after i showed her the first two. She absolutely LOVED it. I have officially ruined that poor girl lol.
That's amazing! It's like pushing her into the deep end of the pool & sounds like she became a swimmer lol!!
THE MOVIE WAS SO GOOD I SAW IT A SECOND TIME TONIGHT I LOVED IT
This guy is special. His movies are exactly what the horror and movie industry needed.
The other reference is when he raised his arms up to strike with the mallet.. that’s a reference to Black Christmas
I enjoyed terrifier 3 great gore effects. I would like to see an explanation of how Art got possessed in the next film. I'm looking forward to the 4th one
My interview questions for Damien.."What is wrong with you?" LoL, that concludes my interview...
Also me...I'm obsessed..
Just two HUGE horror movie nerds having a conversation...awesome interview and an addicting watch!! Love the terrifier series!!!
I will say, especially in Terrifier 2, they did a really great job creating characters that were likable enough that you could be invested in what they're doing, but not so lovable that you didn't want to see Art kill them.
Damien Please Let Art Go Against Another Horror Icon We Need That Again 🙏🏾
God I hope we get a directors cut with all the cut scenes.
Man… that guy has his head on his shoulders, just so grounded, reasonable and knows what the audience wants so well. Feels good not to have an other Hollywood ghoul behind the camera, a real passionate man.
Great interview! I'm guessing that's the one that's been hinted at for a while now hehe
Thank you for asking great questions:-)
The movie was fantastic. Keep up the great work, Damien I can’t wait to see what you cook up next!!!!!!!!!!
