Had my leather link strap for about a year now and it's amazing, so comfortable. Just don't wear it when doing anything with water, yard work, working out etc, I always switch it out for my sport band when doing anything that could jeopardize it. It's beautiful, comfortable but delicate. It's also never ever come off by itself or come close to that. Mine is the blue one.
I was wearing my new california poppy leather link on my brand new 7 for two weeks at work, office job. I already have a scratch on my screen and my link has bad signs of wear on the side where it touches my desk.... So disappointed. I love it design and functionality , but I hate that both the link and the watch are so sensitive.
For what it’s worth, I’ve had a poppy leather link for a year and it’s never fallen off. I also can’t seem to gauge doorways in relation to my watch and still - it stayed.
I didn't realize how good the green would look with this leather. I just cancelled my original order with a sport loop I didn't really like and ordered this leather one with it instead lol. Great video.

I got my watch on Saturday with the woven solo band, today I took the band off and rinsed it under the tap. When dry I put it on the watch but couldn’t take it off. I RTFM and found the band buttons on the watch, seems on Saturday I put the band on upside down and the locking lugs were on the otherside of the groove. So I didn’t know the band buttons on the watch existed until I googled it.
I got the green with green leather band. Wish the watch was a little more green, removed the leather band and put it away too much trouble to fasten, installed old sport loop from series 4 and ordered a Spidel twist-o-flex band in black.
Joke of the Day: From one J.V. crowd to the other, a conforming skin on top of the original Apple Band is heartful (a catchy word). A thin case around the casing of the Watch is a winner of Apple fan hearts. Skins is a great treat for the Watch piece.
I can’t wear silicone bands so I have went with the sport loops the past 3 years. However, I did buy the leather link band in the saddle brown this time which I can’t wait to get and try. Great review
Great video, can’t wait for Apple to implement charge sharing with their products that would really bring the Apple Watch up to speed. Imagine being in a hotel, realizing you don’t have your Apple Watch charger and simply sitting your Apple Watch on the back of your iPhone.

I wish I paid attention to the name of the leather band you bought. I ordered the brown one I saw on Apple, and it was like a bright orange when I got it. Saddle Brown doesn't seem to exist anymore :(

hi Joshua , I am to new apple and I have an i phone now , Planning to buy an i phone watch 7 45 mm with cellular capability because i like the stain less steel which is not available on the Gps alone watches , My question is that do i have to add a plan to use the watch or could use it pairing with the phone . I find it expensive with the plan and I am only buying the apple watch 7 as i like the stainless steel which comes only with the cellular plus Gps version. Peace
Watchos needs to add some more convinience features i feel the software and battery life are really the final refinements the apple watch needs. For example more additions like ability to increase music volume without going into the music app or now playing , a T9 keyboard option to complement the swipe one and AOD music controls in a complication would be nice to mention a few
when you were use the 40, and 45 mm. it's not that big difference.. i think you have a normal wrist size.. so, i confused your hand look great with the 40 and 45 mm
Apple Watch is crap. Force to charge it each day? Come on......... Runnnnn go with Amafit that stand 2 weeks and they look the same or just go with withings that last 25 days, less features but do you really need those things? Apple is missing the boat...

That's good to know - it just feels like the easiest of the bunch to rip off, compared to the Sports Loop and the included strap.

I have a 7in wrist and the small fits me great! The larger band is for peeps with really big wrists.
