Update6 months and I'm still loving this bench. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxo_64lVTGMk7y4aXTPxPOcQ3YTLyQ6kYV I use it almost daily. I've gotten used to the small wobble and it's no problem at all. Love the storage, it folds right next to my weight set in the garage and hardly takes any space. I wish the covering material was a little bit tougher. I have a feeling that in a couple years it'll tear, but the bench is very well priced that I would just buy a new one.3 month usage review. Awesome bench for someone looking for compactness and storage. I did have to drill a couple holes to adjust my preferred seating position and leg bar position but that's only due to my personal preference. It's very sturdy for normal workouts, but for anyone going above 100# dumbbell press it wobbles ever so slightly. I would probably go with a fixed bench if that's the case. That being said i can accomplish 99% of my normal gym workout with this setup. Very happy with the purchase.
Good workout I had a wide back and chunky arms. I have been doing theses for a month now and only walking 20 to 30 min./ Friday to Mon.and have toned up my arms slimmed down on my back arm and stomach. It’s works wonders when you have chunky arms you want to slim down.
yea , even after 11 years!! i couldnt find any trainer shows the levels that makes me woah it for a bit! everyone is showing it like if its a challenge when this gurl is just doing it like we all can.
I do sets of these in 20s in between dumbell exercises, while I'm having a breather. After all, the tricep is 70% of your upper arm muscle. You cannot ignore it. Do them with straight legs, slowly.
Good video, I use to do them years ago and i'm using them again, I needed some clarification on the technique and I forgot about the squeeze so this helped alot, thanks!
Amaizing. Quick video and to the point! Btw I have just 1 question. Regarding the elbows movement. Should they go to the side 45 degree or straight back?
Hi, is there a max. size for a bench or chair you shouldnt exceed? I use a high chair, its very hard to do dips as a beginer, but its better than my bed, which is very low and I almost feel nothing. Would appreciate an answer thanks.
Is there at least one video where there is a woman and you actually comment on the technique? Common guys, world would be such better place if you focus on the point of every subject. Nice video btw!

... Level 4. Legs elevated. Level 5. Legs Elevated, only one leg is supporting your weight. Level 6. Triceps Dip between two chairs.... Level 7.... Level 8 :D and so on :D
Level 10 with 2 bars on each side of you where you pull your self up completely over them both and go back down and then up and then down and then up and then down

This made me change my mind on giving up bench dip, the guide I used was actually a level 3 bench dip. Thank you so much for the tutorial :D
I believe that once you are strong enough to perform 15 reps, you can start adding weight ruclips.net/video/AxSu1tsVer8/видео.html
Careful this is not the proper way
Level 5: no hands...
Heather McKenzie level 6 no body... Sitting on the couch
Bekah B. Bro I'm dead
Bekah B. Lmfao
- 😂.
😁
Thank you for being straight to the point. I had given up on dips. Turned out I had my body too far out from the bench.

I'm a guy and i do these almost everyday on "level 3" trust me these will get your triceps shredded :D

@@TDH_Callous did you find out?
@@pavanmanchineni4153 Yes, it equally works the lateral and long head and a slight bit of medial head at the top.

Good technical instruction, including progressions. Thanks.
I love yooou, I couldn't do the normal one as a beginner, but now that I can do level one i'm so exited to keep up
You’re such goals I wish I could go to weight room without feeling intimidated

Mam... your teachings are awesome. I am also a fitness coach. Thanks and love from india.❤
Nicely done.
Ok these always hurt my left triceps on the way up. Maybe I was doing a level 3. Idk but I shall try again. Thanks 🙏🏽
It takes more than strength. To win the battle
Thanks !
thank you
Hi, can I turn my wrist the other way around, as whenever I place wrist forward as shown in the video, it feels like I'm breaking it. :(
Do you squeeze your triceps the whole time or only when you push up?
I've progressed to level 4. How do I revert back to level 3?
She makes all of them look super easy... Wish it was.
Well explained
يذبح بس شعور بطل يوم انجزه 💔👍🏻
What part of the triceps do bench dips work
So does everyone who works for Lance Armstrong have to take the same enhancements that he did?

I’ve wondered this too. I’ve been told straight back but my shoulders don’t always love that lol
@@BBee13 Thanks man

Wow, how eerie that a trained person can do an exercise better than now trained people eh
What are lats, may I know?
Rotator Cuff RIpper Dips.. Check Athlean X for the healthy execution
Wow, nice. :D

I hate when people bring up this argument. Ur assuming that men and women have identical personality traits which is just ridiculous
YES MA'AM!
Is it supposed to hurt so much. Like my shoulders hurt a lot when I’m doing it. Idk if I’m doing it wrong? Maybe I’m just weak.
God bless your legs!
Yes it is but I find push ups really hard, I can only knock out 12. Triceps dips are much easier!
She looks Majestic 😍
Doesn't this put a lot of pressure on your shoulder joints since it's pushing your shoulders forward?
late reply but yes, flaring your elbows like this is terrible for the shoulders
@@fuchsia4326how should I do it then? Any good video that demonstrates a better correct form?

Level 10 with 2 bars on each side of you where you pull your self up completely over them both and go back down and then up and then down and then up and then down
how many reps?
Osm 😘😘😀
Internal rotation of the shoulder. This exercise, performed as demonstrated, might give you shoulder issues in that long term.
If we dnt have benches how to do
Don't these compromise your shoulders?
Her arms turned red 😯
Level 4 - feet elevated?
Level 3 is easier than push ups :D?
I wish I was that bench

i heard these cause risk for injury and you should use a dip bar. true? if not i can do these at home
David Curry she's doing them wrong.
this woman could rip most men in half. Respect.
Is it normal for my legs to hurt??????
@AtoZyzzyva
Level 6 sounds interesting. wanna try it someday when i get big enough. ;D
gotta find me 1 skinny chick.
great Miller 64 commercial
I thought that!
''and im squeezing...triceps......up and down''
Is it normal to feel intense pressure on my shoulders and wrists?
Yes because she is showing the exercise with a wrong hand position. See this instead: ruclips.net/video/jdFzYGmvDyg/видео.html
Both legs straight......
I think it will cause pain in joint....
I think there must be a little bent.....between two legs
Level 3 - Prison Dips ;)
Haha nah for real - Was totally helpful cheers!
Nyc ❤️❤️❤️❤️😘
Nice voice
how tall are you!?!?
omg her legs :(
I want you to do some triceps dips... while I'm the bench.
Guys this is important, drop bench dips - if there's one exercise which often causes shoulder impingement syndrome, it's this one ;)
wow your jacked
