    Hey Pri, Need help with making a portal public or visible to the Guest, that is, for example, we have a role 'guest_user' and user 'Guest'. Guest should need no login credentials in asking questions to the virtual agent on a Employee service portal (that is the requirement). How can we do that?

      Another question - Joe employee user doesn’t have any roles or anything in its record, then why is the virtual agent chat working for him and not for the user that I have created? What could possible be wrong or missing?

    Hi pritam,
    When we change default branding logos all the things it will applicable to both esc and sp, but I need those branding configuration changes to sp not for esc , then in this case how can we do

      I don't think that's entirely possible..!!
      As in general when you publish something in SP, it gets updated to ESC portal.
      However i will check and i will get back to you 😃

    Hi pritam, i am not able to choose language while creating a NLU model.. Also, i created the model without specifying the language, i tried same way u mentioned, but training is continuously failing

      'Some features may not be available because the connection to NLU Service is not available. Please try again after some time. If the issue persists, log an issue with support.'

    interesting.. and I would like to see a Playlist with detailed use and explanation for newly added and existing features like studio, AES, Form Builder, workflow designer, scratch pad, fixed scripts and many other which are not used in common and are not aware to all.. and if possible how to use python for moving of code to other environment like that (which im hearing now a days) in your style

    Hi pritam, I have one query, User is communicating with live agent in employee portal, example he requested for one link they sent one link,he clicked on that it opens in new page,and when come back to conversation page it's showing from beginning,old conversation was not there ,so user need explain again,so they are frustrated, please help me in this any solution.

    I'm New to SNOW VA and Thanks for the video which seriously provides better understanding of VA. I have a doubt on setting up VA in my PDI. While installing 'Glide Virtual Agent ' plugin, it states that it also includes some for fee subscriptions. Then do we need to pay or purchase any subscription once installed?

      Hey 👋
      No, there should not be any fee for using Virtual agent in ServiceNow.
      Make sure the plugin name - com.glide.cs.chatbot
      Once you install check if you can access everything that you are supposed to do.
