Hey Pri, Need help with making a portal public or visible to the Guest, that is, for example, we have a role 'guest_user' and user 'Guest'. Guest should need no login credentials in asking questions to the virtual agent on a Employee service portal (that is the requirement). How can we do that?
Another question - Joe employee user doesn’t have any roles or anything in its record, then why is the virtual agent chat working for him and not for the user that I have created? What could possible be wrong or missing?

I don't think that's entirely possible..!! As in general when you publish something in SP, it gets updated to ESC portal. However i will check and i will get back to you 😃

While installing 'Glide Virtual Agent ' plugin, it states that it also includes some for fee subscriptions. Then do we need to pay or purchase any subscription once installed?
Hey 👋 No, there should not be any fee for using Virtual agent in ServiceNow. Make sure the plugin name - com.glide.cs.chatbot Once you install check if you can access everything that you are supposed to do.
