Thanks for your detailed step-by-step clear explanation!! My client just encountered an issue that the Default Branding settings are not applied to the service portal VA suddenly. The system apply another branding profile setting instead while no changes made to the branding configuration lately. Are there any conditions that causing this happen for trouble-shooting?
@@techwithpri no, it was used n intended to apply the Default Branding but don't know why it's now switched to other brand profile. The chat header logo is the same for both profiles. However, even changing the header logo in the default profile is still not working as expected.
@@slyaly1315 Well, if it is switched to other brand profile, then changing chat header logo in default profile wont work for sure. Can you change the chat header logo in the new switched profile? If there is no issue you can keep using the new branding profile.
@@slyaly1315 Default Brand profile is something which will be created whenever you try to do brand editing. However, creating a new profile and customize it in your own way is also recommended for the work.

Hello ! If you want to change the default greeting message you have to choose the dynamic greeting setup topic while configuring. The process is already mentioned in the video. Let me know if you still get the same issue.

Well thats strange so after creating the new branding profile is it working fine now?
Has the new profile is having the same info as default ?
