    Hi Pritam, I started following your videos. I have two doubts. 1) When you add the description field at 21:00, you were easily modified But for me, it is asking the scope change. If I change the scope while committing, we will face an issue at it is not in this scope. 2) At 23:01, you added the AI device fields on the device request. How is it possible through the form section? Though you tried to type the field values, it did not come as there is no relation between device type and AI devices. Kindly clarify me on this.

      Hey 👋 For CSA exam the syllabus did not get change at all, its still the same like vancouver. So you can easily follow the same question for you exam!! More importantly practice all the concept which are part of CSA exam syllabus in your PDI. You can refer to my ServiceNow System Administrator playlist for clearing your concept !!

    Hi, I failed my CSA exam today in Washington release. The level of difficulty was way high and complex than the dumps available. The questions have been twirled around quite a bit. Not sure if any or you can help with latest Washington exam kind of question set to help appear for next attempt. Is there change is pattern of the exam. It did it look simple at all like all dumps available.

      @@techwithpri thank you for your reply. I have tried with current.sys_id but it did not work. In your example you used current.problem that is why I used current.incident because incident is field name in the task record. I assume because incident task is created over right click not over related list, there is another script running which has higher order or priority.

    I'm stuck where you added the description onto device request table. I tried to right click on description--> configure dictionary.       In the now learning portal first you have to complete the course for ServiceNow System Administrator , you would see it would be written as eligible for CSA voucher. Once you complete the course you will be eligible for the voucher.
