Please tell me Pritam, the fact of having given the ITIL role to the 3 groups, will also give them all the privileges of this ITIL role, and consequently several advantages. won't this be a security risk?
Hey 👋 Very Good point !! instead of giving ITIL role we can create a ACL for that specific field and add out custom role there, in this way the field would be accessable and we dont need to give user ITIL role 🤓
Hi Pritam, I was working on this application, but now I am unable to find it. I can't find it either in Studio or anywhere else I changed the scope to global, and didn't do any other thing ,now i am unable to change the scope from gobal to application name wher i was working on .

Can you please tell me how much time it would take me for give it. I have been working on ServiceNow for last 9 months now, I have experience with Business rule, custom application, UI policies, client script and Service portal, Service catalog. Please share or make a video on how to give the exam and how does it cost to give ServiceNow CSA exam and course to take with him.
Now here is a thing - 1. If you are already working in a company which is partner of ServiceNow then you would get it for free or company or client will reimbursed for that you need to talk to your manager. 2. If you want to give as an individual it would cost total approx. 710$. Both voucher and course are 300$ With taxes it's going 354$ Total for both 708$ Now for practice or question dump you can join my channel to get 135+ questions that would help you to clear your exam for sure.
