How do u drain the dehydration bucket entirely without the use of the drainage hole?
I just got mine and used it,honestly I think that has a cheap quality.I’m going to used for a week to see what happens bcse I used for 2 years other brand.

I can’t pull up the yellow attachment that’s on the base?
Hi,Please just place your foot or hands on the metal disc and pull on the handle until you hear snap(Please push hard, don't worry, it won't break.).it will adjust the angles to rotate straight up.
Besides, please check if the screws was too tight cause that you can't adjust the angles.

I just received my tsmine mop system and I cannot seem to make the bottom plastic piece go in the upright position. I watched you snap it back but no matter how hard I pull it, I cannot make it move from the sideways position. The bar at the bottom won't move. I've already sent another brand back for this same issue. Won't do me much good if I can't put it upright in the bucket to spin. I'm 70 and fairly strong, but I can't move this sucker!!!

I had the same problem, just take a screw driver and loosen it a little bit and you will be able to get it upright

Have I been duped? I thought the dirty water was going into it's own resevoir! Or am I doing something wrong?
Hi,our spin mop comes with the larger bucket that you use to rinse the spin mop. It come with a handy pump that you use to put your cleaning ingredients in that you premixed with water,the spin action can cleans the dirty water out of the mop.
you can just change the water when it’s too dirty and the microfiber mop head holds most of the grit so the water stays a bit cleaner longer.
It comes with a total of 6 mop heads that are easy to wash in the washing machine
