Everything about your playing, from the depth of the sound itself to the most minor details in your articulation is incredible. Thank you for making these videos to help me and all the other people here with these pieces.

Hello Mr. Oft!! Thank you for the encouraging words. I am using this piece as a solo for my audition to a youth orchestra. I’ll work hard so that I am as good as you are one day. Again, thanks for the video.

Same. I try to do them in their natural register but those high notes are impossible!

This is a great example of the piece, your shifts up and down from that high F and the nice melodic tone throughout it is very emotional. This has been my go to for the past month while working on the piece for an audition, thank you so much for posting this!

I really liked your words at the beginning, they always help so much in many ways, and motivate me to practice. And your sound is amazing too. Thanks Toby

I am so thankful for these videos. It's a lot of fun to improvise harmony over these in addition to working on phrasing and intonation.

Well done, ol' pal. I miss getting to hear you up close and personal. You and James must blend beautifully; I've never heard your 2nd player by himself, but I hear you and James in my head being a perfect complement to each other. Bravo!

This etude is super annoying to play. But it is a great piece to improve your rhythm.
