I find your Bordogni videos very useful in improving my own playing. Aside from the useful performance metaphors like "float the tone on an ocean of air", the audible memory of your sound is present in my mind as I try to alter my own sound towards some ideal. However, from the point of view of a trombone student, it would be helpful to have one or two of these recorded in a typical practice room as well, without the support of the undeniably pleasant acoustics of your hall. I hope to hear you in person some day.
I tell you what, when I look back on the years just starting music, the drastic change in performance blows my mind. From beginner euphonium my soph. Year to first chair twice in all region band, and 3 time area qualifier. Now I'm first chair in a junior college, and hoping to be a qualifier for all state band!

Wow, that was just beautiful 😍
You are a professional because of your advise and the way you play
Toby it was spectacular that smoke sound, that glissando and dynamics. You are a virtuoso trombonist!
This is a great example of using minimal vibrato on an etude
beautiful tone.

Matt V., that "crease" is a reflection.
No it isnt, if you look at the other side of the bell its creased pretty badly
What great tone, intonation, really everything! How do you play those long phrases? I have to breathe twice as often as you.
