Very nice. I’m an old Pilates work horse. Former dancer and had my hip replaced last January. Shoulder being replaced in June. Maybe. This was short and sweet and your dog was giving me life!!!

I love this video got me on the floor doing work outs. I do go to a Pilates class but its machine work as I had knee replacements 17 months ago, I am so far ahead of other people that have had knee ops. Most of the exercises you are doing I also do on the bench but its time I started doing them on the floor as I find it difficult down and up of the floor so hopefully getting up and down with help with my flexability . Love watching you. Gwen Uk

Thanks, John! I enjoy your workouts and do them 2-3 times a week. However, I have difficulties with muscle tremors. With every "pose" from this workout, as well as pretty much any workout, I get severe muscle tremors which really irritates me on psycological level by now... I have tried magnesium, vitamins & minerals and all sorts of BAAs (biologically active additives), but nothing seems to work to stop my muscles from tremors. Maybe you can suggest what else should I try and how I can overcome this symptoms?

I loved this workout and will definitely check out some more. The only thing I have to point out is that it's too fast. I understand the interest in squeezing in the most exercises but there isn't enough time to change from one position to another especially if, like me, you want to watch first so that you can do it correctly.
