For some! Others don’t always respond well to H1/H2 blockers.

What is PQQ? I am struggling while I am tapering a benzodiazepine. I have not found a med or supplement I tolerate. Finding enough food is a problem. I end up eating triggers because I can’t get ahead of it.

I’m sorry to hear that. PQQ is an antioxidant that helps with oxidative stress and mitochondrial health.

Feel free to come to the weekly sessions on zoom with our registered dietitian if you’d like support. There’s so much that goes into this. I have actually been through benzo withdrawals exacerbating MCAS when I was disabled and they misdiagnosed/overmedicated me. It was really hard so I can only imagine. There is hope.🫶
