GST was proposed by Congress. No doubt. BJP then opposed it. Honble PM, in particular, opposed it tooth and nail when he was CM. BJP came to power and if it is a decent and reasonable political party it should have dumped Congress proposed GST into the deep sea and brought a new tax system that is more reasonable and implementable in their opinion. But they have not done so. Now Congress says the GST what they proposed is not as brought by BJP and they are opposing it. BJP can abolish it and bring a new law to collect tax and it would snub the Congress. They have not done. Then why should BJP say that GST was brought by Congress when they have every right to throw itaway. Is there any sense in that argument ? That is how BJP will argue in all matters. Same is the case with Adhaar. In the matter of PMLA, arrest by ED officers the Honble SC roasted the Govt and ED several times but they are not bothered. Unless some ED officer of the highest rank summoned to Court or an investgating ED officer is jailed for misuse there won't be any change in their attitude. Any amount of whipping by words would yield the desired result, say opposition parties.
