Be sure to go to Sinulog Festival in Cebu on January. Its on the third Sunday of January and it is one of the largest regional festivals in the country. Events are everywhere in the city a week prior to the Grand Parade. You will never run out of content, and of course, you will have an unforgettable experience. Stay safe always and welcome back.

You should plan for a visit to Batanes while you are here in PH. The people are really nice and the view is breathtaking. Then you will really say that Philippines has a lot to offer. 💛
check out the christmas village in taguig. also a trip to tagaytay would be nice and see the taal volcano. make sure to go there on a weekday since it’s really busy there during weekends especially this season. if you want some beach getaway near manila, batangas has a lot of options. enjoy your christmas in manila! 😊

Since you're in Manila, try to visit Tagaytay City, about 2 to 3 hrs travel from Mandaluyong going south. It's a nice place with a lot of restaurants. You may visit Sky Ranch, Picnic Groove, and Palace in the sky. Nice place overlooking Taal volcano and a little bit cooler.

Try exploring the secret underground Bonifacio Global City (BGC) War Tunnels. I hope the BGC Tunnels are open again for the public.. Also try to visit the newest underground museum in Metro Manila near San Juan City Hall named "EL DEPOSITO" which is one of the oldest underground reservoirs in the world. Other historical places to visit is Corregidor Island also known known Fortress Island and Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Bataan also known as the Best Historic Hotel in Asia! .. Happy Traveling.

Yes try yo experience christmas and new year here in Manila visit Ayala triangle BGC Luneta Park Taguig East Wood City, Tagaytay an hour drive from Manila by Bus you can see the beauty of Taal volcano and some other places.
enjoy your stay! not only does the ph has the longest "christmas season celebration", new year can get really festive as well. a friend from the U.S. once, commented that, he was used to see fireworks coming from selected, designated places; but here in the ph, it's coming from everywhere!

oohh you picked a nice spot. not much vloggers exploring the malls of mandaluyong/pasig which I think majority of the people really go to. bgc is for special occasions but malls near your spot is where people really frequent. bunch of cool little spots around too, you just have to look for them

Try exploring the secret underground Bonifacio Global City (BGC) War Tunnels. I hope the BGC
Tunnels are open again for the public.. Also try to visit the newest underground museum in Metro Manila near San Juan City Hall named "EL DEPOSITO" which is one of the oldest underground reservoirs in the world. Other historical places to visit is Corregidor Island also known known Fortress Island and Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Bataan also known as the Best Historic Hotel in Asia! .. Happy Traveling.

Your condo unit has the view of Rockwell in Makati -- it has one of the most spectacular fireworks display on New Year's Eve.
Rockwell is the other side of our building, we're gutted!

Since you've extended your visa/stay in the Philippines you're up to visiting new and more islands. Consider going up to the Batanes Islands, the most northerly and most un-Filipino of all the Philippines. Great that you're sticking around the country til 2023!

Things to experience on Christmas in PHL especially in MLA
1) Dawn Catholic church mass : 9 mornings, called "misa de gallo", from Dec 16 - 24 suggested church where the crowds are , Sto Domingo Church ( quexon city ) , Malate Church ( Manila ) , Manila Cathedral , Black NazareneChurch (quiapo ) .
2) try native delicacies sold outside churches during misa de gallo .
3) try to join Filipino Family dinner ( midnight ) on Dec 24 or lunch on 25.its a family reunions anywhere There are monito - monitas (exchange gift ) . Try from lower income to middle incomes families. Its more joyfull .
4) witness the "aginaldo" ,; giving of gift from godmothers / godfathers ( witnesses during ones baptism / confirmation ).
5) christmas parties is held in every companies, left& right .. Raffles for prizes are given.
