    Seeing a machine work is 1000 times better than machines just moving around a already done part. Keep doing this.

    I’d like to know what tooling they are using. I’m assuming this is aluminum by the design of the tooling during tool changes and the look of the material. It’s hard to get the machine to do serious work without the proper tooling. Would also like to see cutting parameters and torque on machine. Other than that Mori’s are fantastic machines.

      Many, but not all, DMG cutting demos are done in Siemens NX. Their apps team uses a multitude of different CAM packages though.

    • @Davinci12007
      @Davinci12007 Год назад

      Note: If you're doing aerospace, step up your game and go with NX. It's aerospace capable and it's down stream compatability to working with true complex math models is exponentially more capable due to it's math kernal. Complex aerospace parts have class A modeled surfaces and while they look like typical geometries, they're way more complex. Solid Works is a mid-level CAD system and isn't capable of modeling those shapes accurately and it's not intended for this class of design. Mastercam is a great system, still mid level. Aerospace, medical and mold machining require a top tier system and Siemens NX is where you need to be. No I don't work for Siemens. (and now we can start arguing)

    • @GottaSnipe
      @GottaSnipe 4 года назад +1

      That looks like dynamic milling within Mastercam so I doubt it's iMachining

    • @ipadize
      @ipadize Год назад

      who says that? If you can use a "Messerkopf" with traditional pocketing strategy, then you can use them with dynamic milling as well

    Excellently filmed and edited video ruined by adding headache inducing noises masquerading as "music".
    If you believe in your product, and I think you do, it should be able to stand on its own without having to use electronic noises as a crutch.
    Sometimes adding is subtracting - this is one such example.
