Where is the ((Incredible)) 5x Aerospace? looks like 2D milling. it seems scara robot arm or belt drive holder.

What’s the point of 5 axis if you have to have a guy take the part out and flip it over?

The point is to have access to various features located on different planes in one setup without moving the part. Then it is obvious that you still have to flip the part at some point but you raduced the number of setups. You cannot make a part like that in 2 setups on a 3 axis.
