Great stuff! one addition, if you watch the craig zones Z guard encyclopedia that was immensely helpful, and I understand this wasn't a detailed technical video so no knocks on the poster. That overhook arm bar you really want to get your chest facing the floor with a tight overhook, like a whizzer, to control posture. once you have that postural control, then you can release the bottom leg for triangle. if you're with a bigger stronger guy and fail to take a strong postural control by getting your chest facing down, when you go to shoot triangle you're going to get passed.
