      There is nothing wrong in being a non vegetarian or vegetarian. It's just a wrong stereotype that vegan is better or healthy..For example: for a sportsman say in cricket, every fast bowler is a non vegetarian. Infact a fast bowler who has a world record of bowling the fastest delivery ever advised bowlers who are vegan to become non vegan if they wanna bowl well. For building muscles, non veg food is a must.
      On the other hand, if one thinks, vegan is more nutritious, then they are wrong. In terms of nutritional value, There are very few and limited options available in vegan food. Even onions and eggs are considered as Non veg food by pure vegans..However , There are a plethora of options available in non veg food.. Non veg food such as sea food is more nutritious than any veg food. Omega 3 fatty acids is abundant in fish oils which is good for the entire body. Infact, Bengali community in India eats fish curry almost everyday. And bengalis are renowned fior their high iq snd intelligence...
      But having said all this, it all depends on one's personal choice..

    Soy chunks nahi khaaney chahiyeh kyunki isey process karney kay liye khatarnak chemicals istimaal kiye jaatey hain. Soy chunks process karney kay liye petroleum yaani maati ka tel aur kai dangerous (khatarnak) chemicals ka istimaal/proyog hota hai. Aap Farming Engineer channel ki video dekhiyeh is topic par.

    Hello ma'am, can u pls suggest is soya healthy? As many doctors advised not to have soy cz it is GMO, and causes estrogen imbalance. Is soya protein powder healthy?

    • @tweedledummie
      @tweedledummie 11 месяцев назад +3

      I thought so too but these are rumors. Soya contains phytoestrogens not estrogen and they do not do what the actual mammal Hormone estrogen does. In fact if you have excess estrogen from dairy consumption it binds to your estrogem receptors and graudally reduces your overall load of estrogen and balances hormornes. South east Asians that eat lots of soya in different forms daily have a much Lower risk of breast/prostate cancer than other populations; that would be The reverse they would be more susceptible if these rumors were true.

    These are the biproducts of soyabeens...from the manufacturing of soyabeen oil..these no protein content get from soyachunks .these are waste products.but soyabeens are the more valuable things with high protein food.By compare animal meats,soyabeens are the high protein content in food items.so these are called vegitable meat.

    Genetic modification means not adding chemicals it simply means that we replace one specific gene which is responsible for any specific factor like growth , color , size etc . And by gene modification we can customise our crop 🙏🙏. Don't use any random technical term without knowledge 🙂

      Soya chunks ka protein absorption rate kam hai. Jaise agar 52% protein hai to humari body mai vo pura nhi lagega, around 15-20% kuch lagega

    You glossed over the so called refining process when the oil is extracted. Most of the industrial solvents used are extremely toxic to our body, and there is no refining process known to humans that can get rid of the solvent 100%. The soya chunk is made from the end product of this oil extraction process, and so will be contaminated with traces of these industrial solvents. Many of them are carcinogenic. As a nutrition expert you should have pointed this out very clearly, instead you completely glossed over this aspect.
