Great looking bike and good review, can I ask what the bike is like to pedal without assist, example the battery fails away from home. I don’t see many reviews giving that as a review feature. Keep up the great videos 👏👍

Hi mate loved the review. I’m considering buying one of these. Although I am apprehensive about it due to the 750 watt motor and the legality of it. I’m just interested to know if you or any of your viewers have even been stopped by the law . and what were the consequences.
I live in a quiet ish town and tbh there aren’t a great deal of police about. Am I worrying too much about it 😂

Hi, they really are awesome bikes, one of the best we’ve reviewed, honestly as long as you are riding sensibly you won’t have any problems, we don’t know of anyone that’s been “done” I think you would have to be very unlucky if you were

I've had mine for 3 years. Never been stopped. Just don't ride like a Richard head and draw attention. I've also bought a sticker off 'the bay' that states it's CE compliant and 250watts. Most coppers aren't going to have a clue and the sticker looks manufacturer fitted.

This bike ain't road legal in the UK. If stopped by traffic police they are likely to confiscate it.
Was looking at Engwe but was considering the L20 model instead. Don't want to take the risk.
Hi it is illegal yes in our opinion the law in the uk is absolutely ridiculous , the bike in question is simply amazing 👍
How can that be uk legal if you are going 30 MPH? I thought the limit in the UK is 25mph for a ebike? also 750 w battery again illegal in the UK> Why are you promoting something that is illegal to use in the UK?
Actually there is no speed limit on a e-bike, the legal wattage on a motor is 250w , I review them because they are awesome, plus I’m letting people no what’s out there and how far this country is behind on green power, we hope you enjoyed the video
@@RobandLynnontour it looks an amazing powerful bike . I wouldn’t like to go 45 mph on a bike though personally. But it does look awesome though you run a huge risk of having it confiscated if you get caught with it.
The gvt web site says the max speed limit is 15mph when using the motor / pedal assist. The throttle should not be used at all above 6mph just as an aid to setting of for those that may need the assistance.
Anything over 250W you need to have it taxed and insured which makes it not worth it.
The bike is that good it’s worth taxing and insurance without a doubt

Nobby mite have a knock on the door from the boys in blue🚓 good bike but i ride a normal push bike and there s no speed limit on them keep up the good work and i have nobby do all the stunts. 🤣🤣

oh er........As long as you do the work by pedalling, an ebike can go as fast as you can manage. UK speed limits such as 30mph or even 50mph, don't apply to bikes, although if you exceed them you could be charged with dangerous or careless cycling under s28 and s29 of the Road Traffic Act 1988.5 Oct 2023
