Wow, this did wonders for my bad back. My lower back has been sore for many years. After todays round of golf I could hardly move after my car trip home. Now my back feels almost as new. Have to start doing this routine every day. Thanks alot!!!

The last exercise that ties everything up into a functional movement was the first time I've seen it. Good tip. Will try it out. Thanks!

Using a slantboard for the squats might be even better

it keeps your knees from going past your toes (which you should try to do in a normal squat)... which forces you to keep your hips/glute engaged

Good shet man! Most people focus on just stretching it out but don't understand that without training the muscles to work a certain way they'll just go back to how they were.
one question. what if the client has only one side (one hip) lower in an anterior tilt?

    Great video!
Can you please tell me the benefits of facing a wall when squatting. I'm very curious!

Just guessing, but I would think that it is a way to ensure the glutes are isolated. If you were to lean more forward that might bring in the quads, which is not the point of the exercise.

Why do you want your ankles to be slightly externally rotated

Im thinking the benefit would be so u no ur body isnt bending in half while preforming the squat

Thanks. So being a 6' 6" guy, how literally is this thumb of rule to me? I find it very challenging because of my very long legs, but at the same time do i want to get the best squat possible.
Again, thanks for the videos and the responds

No men are completely different species, we dont even have backs or glutes.
