I've seen all these in person. My favorite was "butt on fire." We had one kid who would jump up on another kids back, interlock elbows, and spin in a circle kicking everyone in the face. When he kicked the girls (me and my best friend), that was it. They got their ass kicked. I miss those days... If we didn't leave with a bloody lip, we didn't have enough fun.

I'm surprised this style has still survived to this day and even though this is a parody, you guys are actually better at throwing down than most of the kids I've seen flailing around in videos from the last 5 years. Every hardcore dance video I've seen, someone gets hurt. If it's on purpose, then that guy gets hurt. I say IF you feel the need to do this. Don't do it in a standard mosh pit, because you'll just piss everyone off
In the 90s, we did about 4-5 of those moves in the pit. We did do circle pits too. The one rule was if you saw any FSU dudes in the pit, you should exit the pit immediately or you were going to the hospital.
