@PallyLIVE sorry, not sure what exactly your point was. I *think* you are showing appreciation to the video creator for taking so much effort to teach us something that once we learn it, can be so easy.
But unfortunately, due to the limits of text, it could also be read as a criticism. Which is hard for me to believe that is what you meant.
So, if I were you and you meant the former meaning, you might want to edit the comment to include a “thank you” (as I certainly will, because this is gold. I was using StreamYard, which is not free and this will be way better for me now), either before or after your comment. My 2¢.

This is as simple as using vdo ninja to add a guest and sharing your screen with them through the app.
@@MichaelFeyrerJr I have tried it with that program when they are using their cell phone ...I can hear them but I can't see them and then if I can see them and hear them....anything I am playing on my side they can't hear it

Something is going wrong for me. I have followed your instructions to the letter. I cannot get the video to appear on Display Capture, and when I start the video and click on full screen, I can't get back to the OBS screen. Any idea what's going wrong?

Thank you so much for your thorough explanation, by far the best tutorial on RUclips. Does it make a big difference using a built in apple FaceTime Camera? I don't have an alternative webcam just yet.
Better cameras always make a difference, however when you are just getting started you use what you have. Audio is much more important in the beginning. People will watch crappy video, they will not listen to bad audio.

Hi there, im having trouble with Display Capture, it always shows what im doing instead of the browser that i want, and it does not have the multiple choices for the display setup, i only have one, and it only shows what im doing in the monitor… what do i have to do? Do i need another monitor for this?

with another iphone i want to make an audio file and cut it afterwards. so i have to mute the audio from my macbook of myself, but i need the sound from my reaction video. how do i do that?

How can we make reaction video with a long distance friend.
I tried screen share with my friend on discord, on my friend's side video lags alot and vise-a-versa.
And on other software & websites like zoom, google meet. Same thing happens video lag + only 720P output which degrades video quality.
Can you please help me on this situation.
That is not lag. Its latensy. The signal takes time to travel across to your friends machine and then be processed by his machine. and rendered to his monitor. It will never be instantanious. These are hurdles you have to be creative to overcome, because they arent going away. The easiest way is to record it on your machine and on his then you can edit them together to create the illusion that it is all in real time.

One thing I need to solve is to get my image to mirror me. So that when I point in one direction, my video image don't be pointing the other way.
You just kinda get use to it.
@@MichaelFeyrerJr I figured I have to do that. I just did a test reaction to a WNBA game. It turned out ok. I have a knack for figuring out how software programs work once I learn the basic first steps. Thanks for the lessons. Just need to learn about Free Use rules of RUclips so I don’t get shut down coming out the gate.
@@headlightvideotraining Generally as long as you clip it out and transform it by adding your own comentary you will be fine.....as long as RUclips appoves of your narative.

Help. I don’t get it. Is there a class I can take?
i am having a problem with the audio in my headphones when i try to watch a video with OBS on at the same time. i have my Bluetooth headphones paired to my laptop and they sound perfect when im just watching youtube. but as soon as i open OBS, the quality drops to the point where i can barely tell what im listening to. when i close OBS the quality in my headphones comes back. how do i fix this to where i can record with OBS and listen to a video with good quality at the same time?

If used as transformative content, its fine. Just rebroadcasting the video on your channel is not.
How do you download a video from youtube to react?
i use " Source Record " plug in to have 2 different seperate files. 1: my reaction face file - 2: my source im reacting. then i just simple edit them in DaVinci

Good morning been following you with OBS for a while I’m almost set up with everything seen wise the only trouble I’m having now is when I add my guess to my stream or my recording and I decide to play a RUclips video they can hear me I can hear them, but they can’t hear the RUclips video do you have a solution for this? I’m also using video ninja.

The one thing I'm not getting from these reaction video instructions is how are you able to repost videos you react to that don't belong to you without violating a RUclips policy because the videos are not yours. I really wish somebody will inform me about that.

You dont need to find any special videos. when you do reaction content its considered fair use as long as what you add is transformative. in otherwords you arent just watching the video, you are adding something to it with your oppinion and comentary.

So far this video has helped me to understand the OB features. I clicked on the Display Capture and nothing worked the way you did it in this video for my react scene on the side. I only got it to work when I clicked Window Display. Now there are some things unsaid in this video that I didn't realize. That when you are scrolling and moving the image in the react scene, you can't do it in that scene box on the right of you. You have to semi minimize the OBS and the the captured window and pull the OBS down under the browser tabs. Of course the audience will never see this but it is something you have to navigate behind the scene. My not understanding this had me scratching my head in confusion until I figured it out. Now maybe I'm doing something funky that's maybe not quite right. You can let me know if I am.
I got the same results but i ended up clicking on browser then putting in then putting in the site link. That helped me.

Probably not with OBS. It does not have all the filtering like zoom or other comercial products that would allow you to listen to the audio through speakers and filter it out.

Are you using multiple monitors for display capture . I only have one option which says primary monitor. I can only navigate onto the one screen it doesn’t give me a browser.
Yes. I have multiple monitors. This makes it a LOT easier to record and share stuff.

I think I will have to get a new computer because I’m using a laptop and for some reason once I start recording my computer starts freezing up really bad and I have no viruses or anything like that. I barely have any thing installed on my computer.
@@EctoplasmicGoo Laptops generally do not have a dedacated encoder which is very taxing on the CPU. X264 is a great encoder but it is also very cpu intensive so trying to do anything on a laptop while encoding can cause all sorts of issues.

When I use the display capture all I get is the infinity screen, no matter what I do. if I open up the browser or youtube.. all I get is the infitity screen.

I don't like wires from earbuds. Too much of a hassle. But if my setup doesn't work, then earbuds it is.
