First of all why these companies keep notice period for 3 months...it's really difficult if you got other job where they said to join in a month..either you should serve notice or loose the offer😢

HR is saying that leadership is not approving my case and telling that there is no buyout option available now, asking me to serve 90 days notice period which is impossible for me to stay. Project leadership gave approval for early release.

Hi, I was selected for TCS in November 2015 , but they gave joining in April 2016, which was not good as our increment were delayed by 1 year.
