Just wow. I'm not even two minutes in and i am flabbergasted. Apparently anything that requires more thought than, "run directly through the hazard" is too hard for him.
The worst part is, it's not even the poison that's actually killing them. It's the Shadow Curse, the thing this entire act centers around, and somehow Phil just forgot it existed even though his character is holding the moon lantern. If it WERE just poison, he'd have no problem. It does next to no damage to a party of that level

The AI is programmed to avoid danger when traveling. So when you surround them with danger they have to figure out what to do to reach you without killing themselves. Also turn based mode is supposed to be for when you end up surrounded by danger. Turning it off causes the AI to make the decision leading to their deaths

I can't do it, shaking my head. I just can't. DSP has done a lot of shit, but this is the one game that I swear my 7-year-old daughter could beat with little to no help. DSP was the one mistake his mother made at night when she forgot to swallow.

He has to explain these things to his dents because they have no khancept of or interaction with bills. Either they're kids living at home, adults living at home, or are on disability and get checks from the government. Either way they don't deal with that stuff.

If his party members intentionally walked into a dangerous area. i.e. a poison cloud. He would cry about that as well, pick a lane man.
So he never got the Pixie buff so he’s forced to use the lantern. Which is why he can’t ungroup so he can just have one person go out and explore the area.

Incredible. The entire reason the game activates turn based mode is to prevent your team from dying in seconds from poison, it's a QoL feature meant to help you in situations like this.

From how you talk to NPCs, to how you look at everything in a room to battling.
it rules that the devs for this game made DnD as easy as possible for everyone to enjoy and Phil can not comprehend it to save his life

The AI is programmed to avoid danger when traveling. So when you surround them with danger they have to figure out what to do to reach you without killing themselves. Also turn based mode is supposed to be for when you end up surrounded by danger. Turning it off causes the AI to make the decision leading to their deaths
I think it would be easier to teach a raven to do this.

Lmao why does he not even TRY to use the turn based mode? The game puts you in turn based mode for a reason, but he is just too stubborn and dumb to even think a single second about doing anything differently than his immediate gut instinct.
This was a mechanic in DOS2 btw. You take some junk from your inventory and place it on the vent

The way he turns off turn based when the game is trying to save his life reminds me of when he complained about the fight with The End saying NEVERR EXPLAAAINED and then when the game started a cutscene to explain he skipped it saying "suck my balls and shut up" He's the same regard he always was
