- How to be more persuasive! Use a balance of content that appeals to listeners' hearts (their emotions) and minds (their rational side) in about equal proportion. That way, you appear to the entire person and will be much more likely to persuade them.

. ..and then they envy and say 'you think you know everything' 😤...and in a way they will be right, bc some things aren't our business, for example, persuading someone to adopt a dog.
