What size screws are thiis? For body itself
I'm not sure of their exact size, sorry
Hi I have the same car...it idles n then cuts of after some few minutes I changed the throttle body but still it does the same thing.. is there anything u can think of to help plz?
It could be a problem with the fuel pump or it could even be a faulty ignition coil pack among other things. Does it only cut out when idling ?
how long should it take (for a novice following) ?
It's hard to say. Under an hour should be possible.
I want to clean my throttle body cause revs jumping a bit when idle. Does anyone know what the part number of gasket at 11:02 is?
This is the part number I found: 0348Q4
@@screwsnutsandbolts Mine is 1.4 16v as yours on the video, but it says 0348Q4 is for 1.6 16v. The noticeable difference is that gasket 0348Q4 for 1.6 has additional "teeth" outside and inside seal. I think I will give it a try as I can't find ideal the same gasket from the vid anyway.
My tb is open when i disconect it
And stays open too when runing the engine. Also there is a hard electrical buzz from it. Engine runs okay. Since is diesel it relyes on injection more than air but causes my engine to run lean. So when I shut thr car it shakes since it itroduces still air in the engine dus the tb not cloasing. I guess its time to replace it
How do I relearn the throttle body with out scan tool?
I think it will relearn itself in a short time. Check out this video: ruclips.net/video/pERDBPcR5OQ/видео.html
@@screwsnutsandbolts I didn't have the battery disconnect.i cleaned it and moved the butterfly bit
@@easyrider020 It should reset itself
That's on the 1.6 engine. On the 2.0 it's much easier
Hi, do you have 2.0 petrol engine?
