Very nicely presented, I think one important aspect most of us are missing is Chyavanprash needs to be consumed along with Warm Milk otherwise it generates a lot of Pitta (heat) in the body thereby generating more side effects than showing benefits to the consumer. Also, it is recommended that Diabetes or Pre-diabetic patients are proscribed from consuming Chyavanprash available in the market due to the Sugars and Fat content included in them
Okay if you know any people with diabetes please tell them to take PINEBERRY because i know two people who completely healed themselves of bad diabetes with PINEBERRY . Methi powder also helps but Pine Berry is a miracle

We were doing Chywanprash way back in the early 1990s in America . A friend of ours who was a research scientist at Temple University Hospital back then told us about how powerful it is for good health and reversing aging . I took it off and on for years but sometimes would miss a few years in between . Looking back I wish I had always taken it . I just started doing it again everyday .
@@arjuntamble8008 yes but why is it that almost all of the ayurvedic videos and channels that come on RUclips in America have a title in English but then when you go to listen to do it they are speaking Hindi and we can't understand what they are saying . Most of them do not use English subtitles and there is no English explanation and yet in the comment section many people are speaking English but when we ask them to please tell us what the person in the video is saying nobody ever has the decency to tell us . I was so surprised to find this one in English

Chyawanprash is not a vitamin supplement. It is an Ayurvedic herbal supplement. Chyawanprash encourages and supports total well being.

I believe Chyawanprash original recipe does not have chocolate in it. You must be talking about a flavored version.
