Raw foods you can eat are carrots and cucumbers.
The rest blance or cook them. Cooked foods are better digested.
When your metabolic fire is very very low, you give raw carrots or cucumbers.
Raw foods are best eaten in the afternoon. Not in the evening.
Carbs are great for dinner.
When the season is changing eat kitchari.
For kids honey and ginger, garlic, turmeric.
Apple, pineapple, kiwi, mango, banana (not when sick).
Dairy products nowadays cause early puperty.
Give plantbased milks instead of dairy.
Daily rituals are inportant.
Rise with the sun and slow down when the sun goes down.
Be grateful, meditation, chanting.
Oil pulling, tongue scraping.
Switch technology off.
Ayurveda gets a lot of bad talk as you can't profit if all people are healthy only from sickness.
Ayurveda treatment takes 2-3 days longer to treat sickness as it treates from the root cause and not symptoms.
Leaky gut will cause skin diseases, so improve your gut health.
Auto immune diseases can not be healed.
Avoid: deep fried foods
No raw salads and smoothies.
Eat everything that comes straight from the farm.

Frozen veggies are flash frozen and have more nutrients than the fresh state
Hamburgers grilled also have cancer causing properties and so does bacon. It’s because of the char.

Raw foods do not mean that it will cause parasitic infection
If raw vegetables are soaked in baking soda and salt for one hour
Then vegetables get cleaned very nicely

Is milk good especially when one has to have Brahmarasyan in it
Can you combine fruits and nuts and seeds?🤔
But I have heard in some of Dr BM Hegde's videos where he mentions about apples are not good for kids as it generates more mucus in body and also its not local fruit.
Apple has astringent properties hence the effect is reverse. It helps in reducing mucus and is recommended for kapha prakruti types in Ayurveda
But so many places put grapes in curd / yogurt as dessert, is that unhealthy too?
Root cause I believe is emotion. After that nutrition. To have disease u need to be uneasy
U still need to tell people correct way of eating honey!

Thai mango sticky rice is not viruddh as Thai use coconut milk in the sticky rice and not cow milk..
