This was so difficult! By 3/20 my quads were on fire and by 7/20 my glutes were on fire... And by 15/20 I was dropping sweat and wanted to give up...but I kept going! I love a good challenge. I think you know by now that I hate leg and glute days.. But it's so necessary to do the work

@@haselpaulino3343 I would give some rest between days .. you can do it 2-3x per week if u enjoy it/want to work on glutes, with a rest day or 2 between them

This is an excellent workout! Very challenging and I love that it’s low impact. I’m currently traveling so it’s perfect if you have no equipment. I’m just using a blanket in place of a yoga mat. 😂
Struggled a bit today, mainly during bridging and leg work, cramping hamstrings and cracking hips really put me off ☹ enjoyed the rest Rachel, but I think I’m more of an Abs and arms girl 😝😜
Was an amazing workout powered up by the ankle weights, had to cheat do it on the wall for exercise 14 but otherwise managed to fully complete. Thanks so much Rachel 💜

Seventh day...Hardest so far 🙂 +1 cardio before every day. Now I was shaking towards the end, I thought I was going to give up in the last 10 minutes, but I didn't, I looked down at my thighs and said "ugh, you're ugly, suffer" 😂 Everything hurts 😂
