Hi Rachel, I loved your 28 day wall pilates set so much that I decided to continue with the 3-2-1 play list. I am not able to open the 'NEW' videos. Do they require a fee?
Hi no they are free- they are added every Sunday before.. if u click the links for week 1 and 2 they are in there, but weeks 3,4 and 5 for August will be upcoming 😊

i am trying to find the workout where you squat against wall with heels up and do bicep curls at same time.

I would hold a plank on your forearms! Do what u can, rest when needed and repeat til time is up!

I track my workouts on my smart watch... And after this video I checked and I had burned 161 calories. But I think it would vary on body type/weight.
Solid workout Rachel! My shoulders are still feeling it from yesterday so it was extra challenging! ❤️
