I do sit under the dryer when I moisturize + condition and I do steam my hair often and these two things seem to help but only temporarily

Today I used my sooth and balance, clarifying shampoo. And Low Porosity products on my whole has locs. He was always saying I’m bougie because I’m willing to pay this price for quality. After I followed Crystal steps to treat his hair he was smiling and saying how good his scalp felt and how good his hair looked and felt. I told him to order his own because he wasn’t getting mine.
I have arthritis and flat irons are hard to hold up over my head and manipulate (as are blowdryers). What do you recommend? And would a hot comb be better, and cause more or less damage? Thank you.

Be careful next to the scalp when using heating tools. I noticed the client flinched a few times when the flat iron was near her scalp.
