The baby in the background was ADORABLE 🥰
Sometimes it’s low porosity; sometimes it’s product buildup; and sometimes it’s both. As a low porosity natural, I had to learn to shampoo twice and use an ACV rinse every wash to cleanse my hair because that is the only way it absorbs products.I also wash my hair every week because I can’t restyle and add more product to my low porosity hair; it won’t absorb it. I have also learned to put the deep conditioner in my hair and sit under a hooded dryer for 20-30 mins or wait up to an hour without heat with a cap on and a scarf over it. The deep conditioner absorbs into my hair and the moisture lasts until my next wash day. Another tip is to look through your deep conditioner ingredients and make sure it has no protein in it or no coconut oil or biotin; avoid the strengthening products if you want real moisture as a low porosity natural. It makes a huge difference!
Her face structure is stunning.
That's what I said... Naturally pretty! No makeup needed!
As someone who likes to air dry their hair before blow drying it, I actually LOVE that you put your clients under to the hooded dryer before blow drying. Not many stylist do this but it's a great way to protect our natural hair and curls.
This an old school thing. When I was a teenager in HS my stylist used to do that. I have low porosity hair and spent a lot of time under the hooded dryer whenever I went to the salon.
I've never seen hair that water won't weigh down. It looked 100% dry the whole time it was wet! Now I know what low porosity hair looks like
I just said this to my husband this morning! He was utterly baffled at our baby's hair as he continued to pour cups and cups of water on it in the tub. Her hair did NOTHING with the water😂
Yes low porosity u have to soak. I didn’t think she put enough water before that first shampoo at all lol it was not wet
Yes, I have low porosity hair! The repellent of water is REAL 💯😫🤦🏽♀️
@@PhaMa1002does that mean less shrinkage and frizz in humid weather?
@@michelleb6363you'd think. But if your hair gets rained on in it's natural state it does not soak easily
I’m glad she asked for the curls, they’re so pretty and and I am over all the “bone straight” hair.
Beautiful results! And I love how well written the description box is about your products! Keep it going, Crystal! I am steadily rooting for you!❤❤😊😊
I’m not a stylist, I just love watching your videos. Your work is amazing. Every style unique to the person and seems effortless. Thank you for sharing your gift.
Man I miss seeing stylist trimming in this manner. That one hand straight across just stresses me out. Beautiful video
Her hair looks so healthy and beautiful. Love it ❤
I get a trim about every 4 months. I wish I lived closer to you...I would def get the exact same treatments in my hair. I'm in NC. 😊
Me too I love her treatment but no cutting it lol
It's good to see you and your baby boy so beautiful you also did a wonderful job on her hair
New sub, because I have low porosity hair and you spoke on a lot of things about my hair that I never considered. I love learning, and I’ve learned a lot from this one video. Thank you❣️🙏🏽
There's no trim schedule.. it just depends on how you take care of your hair. Someone who takes care of their hair may need less trims than someone who does not .
I believe you may be right about that.
Yep. When the hair feels like it needs it, then do a trim. With good care, a trim will be needed every now and then. About three to six months.
I love watching you do the hair style, you are so amazing andcthe way you explain all the products that you use.❤
Hey 👋🏽 there love how you handled your clients natural hair…. As far as the trim I have always known it to be every 6 weeks.
Hey Baby C😂😂😂 Of course I can’t focus lol😍 I trim my natural hair every 3 months
Beautiful job Chrystal
Absolutely beautiful. I believe trims should be done quarterly.
Precioso tu trabajo!!!!Saludos desde Puerto Rico🇵🇷
Beautiful job Crystal! You made that hair come back to life especially with the smoothness and shine.
Watching you do hair is relaxing to me!❤
Me too!
Beautiful hair ❤
Beautiful job. Thanks for all the information.
All I can is I've missed you. Welcome back!
Wow you did a amazing job with her hair!
My hair used to absorb water really well until after chemotherapy. My hair came back in a different texture and has been extremely hard for me to manage since. I'm 14 years in remission and my hair has never been the same. I absolutely hate managing it. It doesn't absorb water and dries almost immensely when it hits the air. I'm seriously thinking about just cutting it all off.
Okay I relate to this very much. I’m a little over 3 years in remission so I know exactly what you’re saying as I am in the same boat. Just don’t know what to do anymore.
You need to steam, steam, steam. It will lift your cuticles and allow your hair to absorb the water and conditioners.
It seems as though her hair wasn’t absorbing the cream and edge control product, it was just resting within her hair and not melting into her hair. I’ve seen other clients of yours where the product melts into their hair and gives it a beautiful shine.❤
That’s that low porosity; would’ve been good to do something to open the hair shaft like a steam or protein treatment
That’s because her hair is extremely low porous, products will just sit on top low porosity hair, unless you have that hair type you will not understand
Beautifully done!!
Parabéns, que trabalho bem feito. O cabelo ficou lindo.

Absolutely beautiful 😍 Crystal.
Thank you.
I love to hear that sweet baby in the background!!❤
Hi, Crystal amazing results as usual. Thank you for the Quality information - sadly not everyone shares !
What is your professional opinion about using hairdryer on cool/cold setting to blow dry. Kent Uk
WOW she has beautiful hair
Beautiful work. Aww baby C wanted to do his own commentary on the video 😊is it trims every 10-12 weeks
I thought I was hearing things!😮
Ty, for explaining!😂
I need that scalp treatment
Trim schedule varies - depending on if I see sparseness in my ends after a blowout. I try to trim once every four to six months. As I’m growing my hair out.
GREAT video!!! 💯 👍SO pretty & you know your stuff!!! ❤️❤️🤸🏾♀️😁🥰💥 GOD Bless you.
👍very good.

Love hearing that coo!
My hair grows 1.5-2 inches every 10 weeks! I dust my ends every 8 weeks. Healthy hair is beautiful!
Thoes little coos were so adorable 🥰
Very cute! 😊
Nao estou entendendo nada, mas estou gostando de assistir ❤
Thank you for sharing this video. I am experiencing everything your client is going through.
I have my previous products that I purchased, but I see that I need to add some additional helpful products to combat my 4C - 4Zzzz's hair and low porosity problems.
Please share any discounts that you can so I can get back on track. 🙏🏽
P.s. I love you Baby C❣ 👶🏽
Same, this is also why I subscribed to her.
The longest I went without a trim was 4 months because I had braids I was getting different braids instead of trimming in between I was just washing and deep conditioning before getting braids again usually keep track but I like 8 to 10 weeks it depends on how fast my hair is growing and her hair looks nice
Você é muito profissional, em cabelos crespo.
Very nice! I love the way her hair turned out! Beautiful curls👍🏼
Good job! Your client looked very pleased!
FRIST I really enjoyed listening to baby C cooing, it was very relaxing. You must add him to all of your videos. Oh her hair can out nice 😂
Cachos perfeitos
I've always watched you and need your products for my 14yr old . She had a good length of hair I can't get it to grow. If I blow dry it she loses a lot little pieces of hair very bad split ends .
Show! 👏👏👏
Every season for natural hair
👏👏👏👏 Perfeito!!!
Bella. Bella. Mi. Reina. !!!!! Segura. De. Ti!!!!❤❤
I trim per 6 months cause I live in mini twists.
For a long time, I thought my hair didnt get the "soaked" look because it was type 4. Nope just very low porosity. Didn't help that I only washed my hair with cold water for years. When I switched to hot/warm water, I felt an INSTANT difference. Like who's hair is this?
Good Morning Crystal and Elite Pros 👋🏽 ☀️☕️ ❤
Trim natural hair quarterly or when needed - same as financial calendar 😊
Exactly 💯
Your preshampoo scalp treatment is so good. I have locs but i love it.
Thanks for the video. I'm struggling to cut off my daughter's split ends, her hair is also low porosity and 4a. Can I cut the ends without press and only blow dry?
I would say every 2-3 months!
Cute style on her
Also, Crystal and Elite Care, I made an appointment last year about this time. However, right after I made the appointment my mother was placed on Hospice, then passed away on November 17th, so I had yo cancel my appointment. I've tried to reach out on the appointment page, but never heard anything back. I was trying to see if I coyld reschedule my appointment.
Wow. Amazing. Her hair is now so long & now soft
My hair is currently as dry. My hair will curl with the curling iron, but ten minutes later returns to a frizzy afro. Very scary.
I know that i just need to book myself into a caribbean hair salon
I live in England, so i will need to Google for where i can purchase the products. Perhaps Amazon will have sellers who stock these products
Trims should be done quarterly or every 3 months.
How often do the SPLIT ENDS are to be trimmed
Hello, her hair just looks beautiful. I like the shine and bounce. 🌺🌼🌸🌹✨️
- Elite Clarify, Soothe and Balance Pretreatment...is this ok for caucasian (very fine with wavy-ish) hair or only for more textured hair?
