I decided to start learning sign language and this video made it easy to learn this little tidbit. I'm just a little embarrassed that I found it 13 years after it was posted 😂
I know it :-) *kindly* *I don't know* -- tap your temple with your dominant hand, then push it away while turning it out...and you can even shake your head no at the same time for emphasis. Hope this will help!
@@sweetlife031 that would be the formal sign for "I don't know" "I don't understand" sign would be to shake your head "no" and sign understand simultaneously.
Honestly, I only found this video because I searched Google for how to say "Do you like?" in American sign language. I only found this video for searching Google how to say "Do you like?". I literally typed 'american sign language do you like', honestly. Only, without the quotation marks, of course. Could please make a video on how to ask someone what he or she likes in American sign language, please?
Hey, I've got a question. Do you see Deaf using the "don't-like" sign in your area? Most everyone whom I've seen use that particular sign have been hearing signers. I've seen Deaf tending to use the signs for "not"/"don't" and "like" rather than the "don't-like" sign. Have you noticed this?

Are the like and dislike signs different when referring to others; for example, "he does not like that" ?
Thank you, very helpful

What about "like" used in a context of "my head hurts LIKE hell".
