This is a great, get back into it, workout. On January 26th I'll celebrate my one year anniversary of my final cancer treatment. I very delighted that I am still cancer free. I'm a casual cyclist and I chose this RUclips workout to get myself back in shape. Great beginner workout. Two days down and many more to go....

A lot of workout videos I've attempted to watch are visual, only providing images or phrases on screen. But you give a lot of verbal feedback, especially the numbers. It really helps me figure out how I should be adjusting my bike accordingly. I just want to let you know that you are benefitting those even with disabilities. :)
I must say, the first time I tried your class, I was like ohhhh this woman has way too much energy for me at 5:30 a.m. on a winter morning. Then I did one of your Saturday classes and I'm hooked. I was honestly so happy with this video. When I looked at my time and calories burned it shocked me. I burned almost 300 calories in 20 minutes. And when usually working out I burn around 165. My go to video, gonna try to do this for 2 months. I’ll come back when the two months are over !

I cannot say enough how much I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these 20-minute rides. Between working FT and young kids, it is something that I can fit into my schedule. This video is great! I like that there is no timer from 20 minutes to zero. Makes the time goes by quickly. Just got into HIIT stationary bike riding and this was a great introduction
I have never done a spin class in my life. Got a bike from a friend who was moving (for cheap) and had no idea what to do. Found your videos and did my first class this morning. Wow!!! I was dripping! I work out (HIIT classes) and weights at home along with power walking on the tread but this was so much more!!! Can’t wait to take more classes. Love the dog!!!

Ive been doing this for three weeks now, 4-5 days a week. I was completely sedentary with the job, i just needed something hard and fun enough to do on a regular basis. For now thats it for me i dont want to put to much pressure to lose weight, i am just happy to be motivated and moving ! Thanks 🎉

I’m a 25yo, was at 170 after the pandemic/quarantine and in 7 months, without even changing my diet, I lost 15 pounds from this video mixed with a little bit of yoga. I did this workout 1-2 times a day, 3-4 days a week. I’ve never felt stronger or more proud of myself. The hardest thing is consistency, but just getting on the bike once a week builds motivation. It’s hard, but remember that your body is stronger than your mind. Keep going!! 💪🏼🚴

Excellent video, I have a upright stationary bike from NordicTrack C2.. I was searching for a video workout which I was able to find your, which is one of my favorites (instructors). I enjoy your motivation, your sound track of music is also excellent... my only concern is that standing up on my upright stationary bike can be somewhat uncomfortable, is not like a spin cycling bike... however, I remain seated and truly get a strong sweaty cardio workout by watching your fantastic 20 minutes workouts with your four-legged mascot 🐶, which works well for me now and keeps me consistent with working out... hopefully by next month, once I build endurance and strength 💪, I be able to graduate 🎓 to your more challenging workouts and increase my time cycling for 30 minutes 🚴🏼..by the way I'm down from 275 to 255 now since, I started watching your 20 minutes cycling workout videos in March 2021. My goal is to reach 5 miles on my stationary bike within your 20 minutes workout, almost there... I'm at 4.60 distance, at this moment. Please continue doing your thing and if you can please continue to add new 20 minutes videos, for me and your followers to continue to enjoy and challenge ourselves.... your the best...😏

Started at 353 at 308 now..riding recumbant bike..bands and stairs also plant based food..the strength i have at this weight wow!!! These motivating rides have been a part of my journey for 2 months now...i feel great!!
Really good intro to HIIT on a stationary bike. A little tricky to get resistance right on a turbo trainer, but good encouragement without being OTT. Defintely worked harder than I would've with just a stopwatch for company.
First time doing a HIIT spin workout, and I really enjoyed it. Ill keep adding your vids to my workout variety (I get bored easily 😆). Thanks for all ya do and sharing your workouts!!

This was a perfect way for me to get into the jogging and 3rd positions! I still struggle with the sprints, but I crushed those climbs! And just 2 weeks ago I could barely complete a beginner video without tapping out. I really feel like I'm improving, thanks to you!

Lost my job, lost my money, moved back to my hometown feeling like a looser. But here I am, a year later and I'm back here with you!!! I’m a 25yo, was at 170 after the pandemic/quarantine and in 7 months, without even changing my diet, I lost 15 pounds from this video mixed with a little bit of yoga. I did this workout 1-2 times a day, 3-4 days a week. I’ve never felt stronger or more proud of myself. The hardest thing is consistency, but just getting on the bike once a week builds motivation. It’s hard, but remember that your body is stronger than your mind. Keep going!! 💪🏼🚴

Excellent video, I have a upright stationary bike from NordicTrack C2.. I was searching for a video workout which I was able to find your, which is one of my favorites (instructors). I enjoy your motivation, your sound track of music is also excellent... my only concern is that standing up on my upright stationary bike can be somewhat uncomfortable, is not like a spin cycling bike... however, I remain seated and truly get a strong sweaty cardio workout by watching your fantastic 20 minutes workouts with your four-legged mascot 🐶, which works well for me now and keeps me consistent with working out... hopefully by next month, once I build endurance and strength 💪, I be able to graduate 🎓 to your more challenging workouts and increase my time cycling for 30 minutes 🚴🏼..by the way I'm down from 275 to 255 now since, I started watching your 20 minutes cycling workout videos in March 2021. My goal is to reach 5 miles on my stationary bike within your 20 minutes workout, almost there... I'm at 4.60 distance, at this moment. Please continue doing your thing and if you can please continue to add new 20 minutes videos, for me and your followers to continue to enjoy and challenge ourselves.... your the best...😏

Started at 353 at 308 now..riding recumbant bike..bands and stairs also plant based food..the strength i have at this weight wow!!! These motivating rides have been a part of my journey for 2 months now...i feel great!!

Really good intro to HIIT on a stationary bike. A little tricky to get resistance right on a turbo trainer, but good encouragement without being OTT. Defintely worked harder than I would've with just a stopwatch for company.
First time doing a HIIT spin workout, and I really enjoyed it. Ill keep adding your vids to my workout variety (I get bored easily 😆). Thanks for all ya do and sharing your workouts!!
