I used to do sports everyday, intensively. I got a knee injury that has been keeping me of the field/street for almost a year now. Thanks to your lessons (and ok, the doctors and muscle trainings too ;-) ) I finally can get sweaty again without crying from pain. I'm officially on week 4 of three days a week on the bike following around your videos (I love that I can change up the one I decide to do and I've flopped between the 20 min/30 min ones!). With Covid, I've definitely put on more weight than I'm happy about (and frankly, I wasn't really happy before Covid either so...) and I found it sooooo hard to motivate myself to actually do something about it this time around for some reason (Pretty sure depression had its helping hand in there). But I got started and I'm grateful for your videos! Although I haven't seen any physical change in my body itself yet, I do feel stronger every time I complete one day! I'm even enjoying it so much I almost want to invest in a better bike when I can!

I am a beginner and did my first live ride this past weekend. I struggled but pushed through the whole thing. Came back to do this video today and was able to pedal through the entire thing and keep up with your instructions! I feel on top of the world! Change really does happen when you challenge yourself. ❤️
I am young but severely out of shape, totally let my laziness get in the way. Stepped on the scale and hated the number I saw and who I looked like in the mirror. In the beginning I could only do 8-10 minutes of this video (just started 3 days ago) today I pushed myself to do the whole 20! I am sweaty and burning but so so proud! Hope it gets easier so I can do more!!

Started getting back into bike riding about 2 months ago and borrowed a friends spin bike 2 weeks ago to allow me to get some time in on days I can’t get out on the road thanks to the uk weather. Started your beginner classes and working through them and managed to also get out and start riding to work twice a week (30 mile round trip coming home a 500 feet elevation increase). I am now thanks to your great videos getting quality bike time in 6 days a week building up to your longer rides. Have to say having compared with other famous paid for online spin classes i much prefer your lessons and it is perfect for me working from home to jump on the bike for 30 mins over lunchtime to reset me for the afternoon. It is also def helping me with my road bike riding slowly finding those real life climbs are getting easier to push myself up and have cut 20 mins from my ride to and from work already.

Came back to do this video today and was able to pedal through the entire thing and keep up with your instructions! I feel on top of the world! Change really does happen when you challenge yourself. ❤️
I am young but severely out of shape, totally let my laziness get in the way. Stepped on the scale and hated the number I saw and who I looked like in the mirror. In the beginning I could only do 8-10 minutes of this video (just started 3 days ago) today I pushed myself to do the whole 20! I am sweaty and burning but so so proud! Hope it gets easier so I can do more!!

Started getting back into bike riding about 2 months ago and borrowed a friends spin bike 2 weeks ago to allow me to get some time in on days I can’t get out on the road thanks to the uk weather. Started your beginner classes and working through them and managed to also get out and start riding to work twice a week (30 mile round trip coming home a 500 feet elevation increase). I am now thanks to your great videos getting quality bike time in 6 days a week building up to your longer rides. Have to say having compared with other famous paid for online spin classes i much prefer your lessons and it is perfect for me working from home to jump on the bike for 30 mins over lunchtime to reset me for the afternoon. It is also def helping me with my road bike riding slowly finding those real life climbs are getting easier to push myself up and have cut 20 mins from my ride to and from work already.
