I think the people who stole the bait car could easily say that they weren’t thinking about stealing the car until they saw the bait car, keys and everything sitting available in the car. If Anyone with knowledge in the field of law could share some insight into this, that would be great!
They could attempt to claim that, yes, but there was no actual attempt to persuade or encourage crime by the officers, regardless if the car had keys and everything was available, the argument wouldn't hold up in a court of law. This can be modeled in a real life dispute (so there isn't much of an argument based on encouraging a crime), therefore regardless of the police intervention they would still commit that crime regardless. They had the choice to walk away or stay and steal the car with knowing the possible consequences which stomps out any attempt of persuasion.

It's Bothers me when a person commits a heartless crime with no regard to children or appreciation of freedom then cries to God for Help.Thank God the only God he was listening to was the Innocent Girl.and most likely saved her from turning out like the adults in that situation.God Bless her.
God isn't real so it doesn't matter
Heartless . It’s a fucking car
@@5kr3aminMunk33 That's your belief, I don't believe God exist because of plenty of science disproving it but why be a jerk to someone for believe something that's so harmless?
@@professr9343 yea but now look at the situation they put that poor girl in
I ve seen what the cartel have done too kiddos this is nothing they are worst then a pack of heyna s
Maury:" you said "to my job""
Opens envelope, "THAT WAS A LIE!!"😆
😄
Maury: "You........are not the owner of that car!"
Her job my ass!! Sad the kid knew better then the adults.
Ok I understand that this is a good way of catching scumbags but, wouldn’t it be possible to argue entrapment here?
@@max-gh1yq you took the words right out of my mouth. there's no difference between the police bait car and a normal situation where someone just forgot the door- they would've stolen it either way
can we just appreciate how well that police officer is speaking spanish
He shouldn't have to.
Bro when he started crying I couldn’t stop laughing 😂😂😂
Lmao homies a clown for that 😭🤡
Yo.. dude was like "ayyyyy 😢"
I lost my shit
Poor big brother crying! Don't blame him for crying. I would cry too if I had an I.Q of 60. His "hot babe" probably weighs in at about a 50.
Always sad when the child has more sense than the adult
That little girl is going to grow up being a good citizen to society.
This show was sick man I wish they’d bring it back
man im late to the party but it does look sick. gonna search and binge it now
Bait Car: Been showing people’s true colors for years
I seriously hope the little girl grew up happy and healthy. I hope the brother and his girlfriend payed dearly for the trauma they inflicted on her.
Yep, acts tough to a little girl, whines like a Toddler when he's caught! Good for that little girl! What a little sweet heart! I wanted to hug her!
How are people still jumping on stealing these obvious bait cars!
Don’t they have television or internet?
Bro this show is from the early 2000s 🤣
@@playboyagent7586 And bait cars are still used today in mall parking lots.
@@danburch9989 yeah I’m talking about the show tho

How is it that these strangers have more love for this child.
What kind of family they sent her to live with.
"Where were you going?"
"To.. my.. job.. that I have, yeh, I'll say that..."
Little girl is 100% smarter than the 2 adults.
That little girl had more sense than those two combine.
That cop is a better father figure to that girl than her actual father will ever be. The way he pulled her aside and calmed her down made me well up inside.
If only they respected the kid's wishes, would have kept them out of jail.
Some people don't deserve to have kids
This is why the cycle never gets broken!
little girl clearly said: I don’t want to steal a car
I mean, the little girl seems to be breaking the cycle right now
Shut up bob

@@joeyterry3216 seems like that really hurt your feelings didn’t it? I got you to reply back😂 funny how you think calling me a communist it’s gonna be a big of a deal for me. You old man don’t be stupid.
Omg poor girl! I cried. I can’t believe they put her through that! 🥺😭
Those police not responding when the child was forced off street should realize priorities do exist and watching what they did not know was not an abduction is suss. They let them take kid.
good job officers take care and God bless
That little girl needs a better environment away from her brother. She obviously has good morals and wants to be good kid. She could grow up to be a solid member of society if she could be kept away from people who are behaving like this.
That makes it so much worse
@@luvely1062 How so?
@@julianhermanubis6800 what happened to her would be more like kidnapping as I'm sure her brother was not her legal guardian. So his gf pulling her into the car, not her mother, a lawyer could Gail that woman hard time
@@luvely1062 It really depends on the situation with her home life, and I am not familiar with that at all. If she usually isn't with her brother, you may be right. If she's left with him regularly, I am probably correct.
I hope the best for that little girl.
That surprised me like many others. That's got to be one of the most heartbreaking things I've seen I recent memory. That really tugged at me.
The big tough guy cried like a 5 yr old. I laughed pretty hard. Thanks!
Damn shame that a child had more sense than the “adults”
Out of the mouths of babes... kids have more intuition than adults because of their nature and consciousness smh
What a big baby first acts like a gangster then starts to cry.
Omg my Dad and I watched this when I was growing up. He was a cop for 30 years. I remember my mom and dad talking about a little something called “entrapment” lmao but still entertaining
This is why I can't be a cop. I would have lost it on both of them. That poor little girl.
They always ask for God's help after they get caught.
They can go from "Goddam" to "God help me" in a heartbeat.
Cauz they’re mostly deeply religious folks🤗
This just makes me so happy that we are continually bringing millions of these people every year. Look how much better everything has gotten since the 1964 immigration act.
Aww, come on, now Mr. Poo-lease man. We all see that the city bus wasn't he was desperate to get home before the crooks and theifs crawl out into the neighborhood.
2 parts created pure rage inside me, when the girl was being forced into the car and when she put her hands up crying. I want just 1 min with both the so called adults
I think they could nail those two on kidnapping charges, which is a serious Federal offense.
The old ‘someone told me I could take the car’! Happiness is that they got caught!!!!!
Why aren’t they charging them with kidnapping? She was forced into the car.
When the guy started getting arrested I almost started crying. This was so fucking emotional holy shit. I was so amazed that the girl could have such good morals raised by such immoral people, but now I’m wondering what the mom is like knowing that these were not her parents. This moment (ok now I’m choking up trying to do speech to text lol) changed that girl forever. She will never forget about this. Being forced against her will. Crazy.
Just curious, are you by any chance pregnant?
I'm a grown ass man and it almost brought me to tears, some seriously fucked up people
The girl doesn't want to get in the car because her mom sold her daughter's ass to buy dinner. That man is not her brother, and the mom never left Mexico, genius.
@@miastrong151 where the fuck did you get this information, sounds like you're making shit up

As a Mexican myself yes I’ve been beat by my dad but it doesn’t matter how hard life was my dad never stole or told me to steal or even make me do some I don’t wanna do I appreciate my dad even more now
That’s a good dad you got! He raised you right!
