Cops Are Trained To Manipulate and Lie When You Don't Give In To Their Demands And Lies It Give You More Power When They Are In The Wrong. This Is Why I Delayed Giving Them The Paperwork They Requested It Slows Their Crazy Thought Mentality Down Makes Them Nervous And They Make More Mistakes Which Will Give You More Evidence And Power Against Them.
IF YOUR TRULY GUILTY JUST OBEY
    and PLEAD THE FIFTH
    INVESTIGATORY STOP / DETENTION
This is where police detain you temporarily in order to investigate the possibility that you committed a crime or are in the process of committing a crime. In order to justify an investigatory stop, law enforcement officers must have a well-founded, reasonable suspicion of criminal activity. Terry v. Ohio, 392 U.S. 1, 30 (1968).
The Second District Court of Appeal has held that a law enforcement officer may temporarily detain a person and conduct an investigatory stop if the officer has a “founded” suspicion that the person has committed, is committing, or is about to commit a crime. Jordan v. State, 544 So. 2d 1073 (2d DCA 1989); State v. Allen, 994 So. 2d 1192, 1193 (5th DCA 2008). Founded suspicion must have a factual foundation in the circumstances observed by the officer when those circumstances are interpreted in light of the officer’s knowledge. G.J.P. v. State, 469 So. 2d 826 (2d DCA 1985). Mere suspicion “is no better than random selection, sheer guesswork, or hunch; it has no objective justification.” G.J.P., 469 So. 2d at 828; Smith v. State, 592 So. 2d 1206 (2d DCA 1992). In evaluating whether there was an objective basis for reasonable suspicion, courts must consider “the totality of the circumstances” surrounding the stop. United States v. Cortez, 449 U.S. 411, 417 (1981).
Where a police officer conducts an investigatory stop on the basis of a physical description of the suspect, the description provided to the officer must be sufficiently specific and corroborated by reliable information. In United States v. Brown, 448 F.3d 239 (3d Cir 2006), the Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a federal district court’s denial of a defendant’s motion to suppress, which was filed on grounds that the arresting officer had conducted an unlawful investigatory stop of the suspect. The stop by the police officer was based on the allegations that: (1) the suspect matched a general description of black, male robbery suspects, between 15 and 20 years of age, wearing dark, hooded sweatshirts and black pants, (2) the suspect matched the description of suspects between the heights of 5’9” and 6,’ and (3) the officer had observed the alleged suspects in the reported area. Brown, 448 F. 3d at 242-44.
The Third Circuit Court of Appeals reversed, citing the fact that the suspect did not match the general age description, that the suspect had facial hair, which was not identified by the informant, that there was no information as to the reliability of the informant who told of the robberies, there was no allegation that the suspect was observed in a high-crime area, and there was no allegation that the suspect acted suspiciously or in a manner that conformed to police officer’s specialized knowledge of criminal activity. Id. at 248-253. The court concluded that “an excessively general description, combined with an honest but unreliable location tip in the absence of corroborating observations by the police, does not constitute reasonable suspicion under the ‘narrowly drawn authority’ of Terry v. Ohio, 392 U.S. at 27. Id. at 252.
In Florida v. J.L., 529 U.S. 266 (2000), the United States Supreme Court affirmed a judgment holding that a “stop and frisk” search of respondent based only on an anonymous tip was invalid under the Fourth Amendment. The suspect was searched after an anonymous caller reported to the police that a young black male standing at a particular bus stop and wearing a plaid shirt was carrying a gun. Florida v. J.L., 529 U.S. 266, 268 (U.S. 2000). Sometime after the police received the tip (for which there was no record), two police officers were instructed to respond. Id. They arrived at the bus stop approximately six minutes later and saw three black males “hanging out.” Id. One of the three black males was wearing a plaid shirt. Apart from the tip, the officers had no reason to suspect any of the three of illegal conduct. The officers did not see a firearm, the suspect made no unusual movements, and there was no attempt to flee or otherwise evade police. Id. Based on these facts, the “stop and frisk” was held to be invalid. Id.
Consistent with Florida v. J.L. and Brown, Florida Courts have upheld investigatory stops by police only where the suspect matches specific identifying descriptions and other information corroborates the allegation that suspect has engaged in criminal activity. In State v. Allen, 994 So. 2d 1192 (5th DCA 2008)

Cops can lie to us, but it's a crime to lie to such agents.

Let's face it, most people don't and just figure whatever the officer says must be the truth. Always, always, ALWAYS record your interactions with the police. It has saved a lot of people a lot of money in fines when they bring the video to court and prove the cop was in the wrong. Without the video it's your word against theirs and judges will always side with the police. The cops say they are recording but if you try and request it, it suddenly gets lost or the file was corrupted. I've got news for you... The only thing corrupt is the cops.

Except dispatch literally didnt clear it. Each time they ran it it came up wrong. The first time the cops ran it, we hear them say over the radio 'expired and clear' not 'valid and clear'. Thats why they initiated the pull over, which them got them amr arsehole's behavior, which gives the cops every reason to feel like theres something going on, or to just write up the ticket and let the court sort it out. This is genuinely dispatch making a mistake, reading the details wrong and passing that on to the police and in the face of this attitude *I* wouldnt want to get to the bottom of it if I know that it'll get thrown out in court if it is a mistake

I have multiple family members in law enforcement and I know them to be bullies, but I always gave a positive attitude to police until watching videos of people showing just how corrupt law enforcement is. It's really opened my eyes at how prevalent it is across the country. My husband has been a prosecutor for 43 years and he's also seen and had to prosecute police for crimes. Police hated him because he couldn't and wouldn't violate his oath of office. He was voted in this particular position for 24 years because the public knew he wouldn't allow police to violate citizen's rights. He retired at age 71.

I have a triple system dash cam in my vehicle for this reason all voice controlled. I have all my paperwork out and ready, and when there is no probable cause I argue it. Then when their supervisor comes up they know who I am from working with a majority of the near retirement guys who simply show up just to tell their officers/deputies to let me go. The ones I consider friends are the ones I can trust, who treat everyone with respect, and realize not every traffic stop is the same situation where you have to be hostile just to get basic info. They teach you in law enforcement training academy not to do “bias base policing”, and you’d be surprised the number of officers who do just that and get away with it and promoted. My last chief before he got fired for using a racial slur to someone in an elevator told me “only reason I’m hiring you is because you’re a minority”. So I guess the 5 years of prior law enforcement that I had over new hires doesn’t count as any kind of exemplary duty, and hire me because of my record. Needless to say, I am glad I got the dash cam that faces forward, inward, and back, and all audio so that way if I’m ever stopped “mainly rookies”, but it’s one of them things that the inner video shows what all is being done and said as it’s going on, and the rear and front shows that I’m not doing anything illegal, where they have no PC to pull me over.

A Indiana State Police buddy of mine explained to me how she was trained to use a fat finger stop if there are no other grounds to get a vehicle over. It's usually done where they mix up two numbers and then pull you over to tell you that your plate does not match your vehicle. It's one of the oldest police tricks.

The cop was mostly cool, but at some point started questioning me like i had a fake ID or somehow did something wrong for my number to come up as someone else. Finally, dispatch repeated the number back to him, and we found the numbers were switch. But, he was very apologetic and nice. Funny/scary part was - I had an ounce of marijuana in my spare tire well. I had been home on a short break from college and a couple friends gave me money so I could get us some good weed. When I still drove my car. I found getting pulled over by the police highly intimidating, here in Utah they use 2 cars.
I have never owned a fire arm.
But being pulled over by the police they are armed. They get their gun ready walking over to your car.
So basically your in your car while 2 men with guns tell you what to do.
I had a panic attack on the freeway and was driving in the slow lane. I was pulled over had to get of on a dark road at night first thing I did was call my husband so he could hear what was happening.
They asked me if I had been drinking but I don't drink, because of my meds.
I had to blow and came up clear.
They then ordered me out of the car two men with guns ready on a dark turn off.
I had to do the sobriety test I told them I had a knee replacement which prevents you from walking one foot in front of the other and walk straight.
They still had me do it. I passed the finger to nose and standing on one leg. I kept telling them I was having a panic attack.
I Had to repeat one foot in front of the other twice so a total of 3 times. One of the cops then said he wanted to do some extra tests I had to write the Alphabet backwards and do math problems.
7 sobriety tests. They huddled together and came back saying they were convinced I was under the influence and would I do a blood test.
As soon as I said yes I got arrested.
In Utah they use dodge chargers the back with the cage makes it so when your taller I am 5'8".
Your hands are behind your back with the new stiff cuffs you have a hard time breathing I have COPD . Sitting bend over in the back of the car they decided to have a 15 min conversation and were laughing.
Finally they took me to the jail. At the age of 53 having never been in trouble with the police. It was scary I changed into the jump suit crying and getting another panic attack. I called my husband and gave him a bail number that was written on the wall, he said stay strong I am on my way.
The cop who had given me the math problems came to take my blood. I told him I was a hard stick because my veins collapse and he scoffed at me. After the 5th failure he called a paramedic.
I told her the same thing I told the cop. She got it in one stick.
By the time it was done my husband showed up and bailed me out.
We got an attorney right away, in talking to him I found out that the cops had over stepped their bounds with the sobriety tests. They can only legally do 3
They just wanted to make the arrest.
I got a ticket for reckless driving, and I was in a way guilty of that, insofar that should have pulled over when I felt the attack coming on.
However it was a false arrest on the part of police.
Who according to the judge are not allowed to just make up tests that were not lawful. And did not take my disability to my knee into account.
He also told them I should have gotten medical assistance for my panic attack.
Which in the police station was witnessed by everyone there.
I only had to pay a quarter of the ticket and the judge also ordered to have my license fully reinstated.
It was a horrible and traumatic ordeal.
I before this happened loved driving, but after this it completely took that away.
I am on medication now that impairs my driving so my husband drives me everywhere.
I probably would have missed it more if those cops would have been honest.
Lastly I was born on Curdçao and raised in the Netherlands the police that control the freeways are the Rijks police employees of the government.
The fastest you can go is 75 miles an hour.
They do not carry a gun but they do drive in porches and are hard to outrun.
If you go to fast you get a ticket also you don't see a lot of old cars because they have the Authority to take your car if they deem it dangerous to other drivers. Unlike the rust buckets you see on the road here.
If you are drunk or on Drugs they will call a mobile lab.
But they don't intimidate you with guns at the ready.
Also it is extremely hard to get into the police in the Netherlands because you have to do a battery of tests including psychological testing it's not just a job you can go apply for.
I tried to get into the police because I wanted to be in the Calvary police on horse back.
It's a week of 8 hours of filling out tests and a meeting with a medical doctor and a psychologist.
You get 3 chances to do this.
I stopped after the first attempt because it is very Intense.
Thank you Chuck Bronson for doing this.
I just came across your channel in my RUclips feed but your doing a good service. 👍
I normally don't do this but I became a member to support you so you can keep up the good work.
