Running with breasts larger than a B Cup can be challenging AND YET the sports bra markets are still mostly catering to the itty-bitty committee, no shade to my small chested fam in the slightest, but it’s very frustrating. I’ve grown to really enjoy running, and a large reason for that was because I took the time (and invested a lot of money) into buying and trying ALOT of different running bras. So, in this video, I’m covering some of my favorite sports bras for running as someone who usually wears a DD or E Cup bra. I’ll go over why I’ve chosen each one, how the bra handles excessive sweating (I live in Texas and I have hyperhidrosis) and the features of the bras that make them unique. I am STUNNED. As a DD or DDD or E or F cup girl, I had no idea we were in the same boat - you and I. omg, I just knew you were smaller or "average". This has been such a struggle most of my life. I love the fact that you have investigated this. I have NEVER had a sports bra - I stopped jumping rope (my passion) shortly after puberty. (I am now an official "senior citizen") I bet a sports bra would have been a life changer. wow... I am just over-psyched! Thank you!!!!!
I be chillin in T-shirts a lot which I think hides it on camera. I also think shape plays a big factor in perceived size. Glad this helped!
@@hallease this is also great because I work downtown Houston and walking from a bus stop or parking garage leaves you a little sweaty. Especially since it's so humid. A good fitting sports bra with great wicking technology is a life saver

Wow I love this! I feel like this is the first honest review I have seen of someone with a bigger chest who is actually looking for a really high impact sportsbra. I haven't found a supportive one that also goes up higher, but the nike one looks like it could do the job for running and also doesnt make you feel weird when doing push-ups or planks in the gym with a loose shirt. thanks for this! (and your voice sounds really good on a mic)

Pricey but kinflyte has really big straps. It has some weight and would benefit from the spill gaurd in my opinion. Great video!
Great vid! I too was blessed with a large chest (32 F) and I also get super sweaty. I live in the UK and love my Shock Absorber bras when working out. They give great support and aren't too heavy once they get wet. I don't think they're the best looking, but they do keep my girls in the right position!
Thank you so much for this video🙏🏾. I recently got into running more and really enjoyed it but sometimes feel like maybe it’s not for me because it is sooo uncomfortable with having a large chest. I am definitely gonna look into these sports bras… it makes a huge difference in endurance for me to feel actually comfortable during my run
EXXXZZACCTTLYY, I always thought running wasnt for me until I found the right bra. Also, try and do 1 upper body/chest workout a week to help with the muscles in that area. I've learned that overall my upper body/back needed work to build the muscle to support myself being upright and running for longer distances.
I also am a 34DD and have that Anita bra. I agree that it is incredibly supportive and pricey but worth it. I have a second Anita design too that looks more like a traditional sports bra and locks and loads well.

Facts. That's why I try to get ones that have some sort of double clasp situation in the back. That seems to work better for me.

Yeah Nike really does have high support anything lol. I’ll have to try that alpha bra though, im willing to give them one last chance before all their stuff goes to goodwill 😂
This is when you buy multiple bras on sale, just in case they discontinue it. I'm regretting not doing this for my favorite bra 😭

I’m 36 N/ 36JJ, I like the Elomi high impact sports bra or ( for no underwire) enell high impact sports bra( I wear a size 5 , the 4 has extra compression but there is spillage )

Definitely going to check out these bras… the primary reason I don’t run is because the impact legitimately HURTS my chest. My tatas aren’t even THAT big but they undeniably have a bit of weight to throw around. Thank you for starting with the good stuff 😂 it got me to stick around for the runner-ups!

I have shefit and they’re definitely secure, but sometimes they get so tight and heavy it makes me anxious (literally). Just placed an order for 3 Nike and I really hope they work as well for me as they have for you. 🤞🏻🤞🏻
Did you get the dri-fit??? Was it good?? I want to get the shefit but I’m scared that it will be too heavy and not sweat resistant. I want to get the Nike one but idk if i should?
@@hello-ww3dv I did, I got like three different sizes and none fit. They spilled from the top/the little hole. Very cute but looked so bad on me. I had high hopes but honestly 0 support. Wouldn’t even wear that Nike bra to go for a walk
I still use the shefit I got years ago but I still hate how tight they are (I know they have to be but it’s uncomfortable). I don’t sweat too too much, so I can’t speak about the sweat resistance thing. It feels fine to me on that end. It does show through the shirt since it has the zipper and it’s a bit thick and I feel like it doesn’t look cute but it’s functional and so far the only bra I’d wear to run or any high impact activity
Ahh that's similar to the shock absorber level 3 bras. Looks like a good other option.

@@hallease I think they've changed the 'level 3' subtitle to 'multi active' but it's been my fave for years. I was just at a NIKE UK HQ event and when I told her my size she said they don't have options for smaller back larger bust measurements. Seems she was very wrong! 🧐

Thank you soooo much for this!! I'm a 38G/H and my girls grow with weight gain. It's been hard for me to exercise (to get the girls slimmed down) because I can't find a supportive bra... and that's how I got from a 36DD to a 38H 😓😩. Since we are here, I have hyperhidrosis as well. It can be 20° and my arm pits will still find a way to sweat. Could you discuss what you do to combat this?
I've got a few videos on my channel on Hyperhidrosis already but the big thing for me is breathable fabrics. I love me a good linen cotton blend. I've also tried some at home treatments as well.

Thanks for this Hallease. I have somehow managed to get through most of my adult life mostly braless. Now that I've gained weight/muscle, I definitely want to exercise and be properly supported. I was so excited about the second bra UNTIL you mentioned how bad it was reg sweat! Thanks again :-)

LOL I hide it well 😎 I generally live in bralette land for day to day life. So no underwire or anything. Aerie is my go-to for those but I randomly found a company through IG ads and have like 8 bralettes from them but I think they went out of business so I'm wearing these until they disintegrate and then its back to the drawing board 🫠

I don't even think my girls register the alphabet anymore! Since I don't run, can't run, I honestly don't wear them anymore. I just wear supportive tanks and I let the girls live free. They have never been happier, large and in charge.

I've had all the other ones she had and they do work but I had a bad experience with she fit so never buying again and the Anita was great I just didn't want to spend 80 bucks
