Ok this morning I did 103 army sit ups in 2 minutes. The key is learning proper form then keeping proper form. I hooked my feet under the dresser so it wasn't ankles being held. But I did keep my heel on the floor throughout. My abs have 12 years of muscle memory and doing sit ups is not hard. The new Army pushups are very easy also from years of muscle memory. But I am surprised in the Army they don't have a pull ups test. Why is that? I've moved into weighted calisthenics and now do pull ups and dips with weight plates chained to me. I need to work on running and building up larger quads. Your site is comprehensive and very practical.
