I have taken down my Shopify store. We will be launching our own website very soon. Stay tuned!
No red dot. Took way more time with the sig. I like all my sigs. But I love my staccato. Very good comparison tho. Thank you
Thank you. I'm working on a part 2 to this, but I agree. It's tough to not have a red dot on the staccato.
@@LOC_Tacticalthe equivalent sig in my opinion is the p226 x5 legion
@@gabesuriel407 I’d love to get my hands on one, for sure.
@@LOC_Tactical yeah i’ve taken mine to the range 3 times this week😂
@@gabesuriel407 I'm jelly lol
Nice comparison, appreciate the effort.
Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed it.
Why did it look like the empty brass from the Sig fell out and the Staccato brass flew out?
I'm not a super science guy, but my educated guess would be that the slide on the staccato is traveling at a much faster rate. With the sig being compensated and having a recoil reducing spring, the slide is not traveling nearly as quickly. Slower slide, slower extraction. I could be wrong, but I think I have a fairly educated guess on this.
Apples and oranges, but Staccato is a much faster shooting gun than a 320 even without a comp.
Staccato makes a fantastic pistol
Great job enjoyed the video 👍🏾
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for taking time out of your day to watch!
Great video
Glad you enjoyed it!
Well done man
Thank you much! Thanks for dropping by!
Think it's time I add a compensator to my 320 M18 with the threaded barrel after seeing yours. I have 2 sig 320s and neither have exploded like the Gwocks will, broke or gone off without me causing it.
👌👌👌
Same. And I've used one of my P320's for duty and tactical purposes.
Bs
I would like to see you use the same style holster. That way it is the same draw
Me too!! It's just very expensive lol
I had Sig 320’s of various shapes and sizes. Purchased a Staccato, and started shooting it. Soon after that, I sold all of the 320’s. I bought a Staccato CS a couple of months ago. Now my 365XL might get sold. The Staccato’s are more accurate, in my hands.
They are phenomenal, for sure!
I appreciate the comparison and I own several Sig P320s and P365s, but I also have the Staccato P. Love all of them. I think to be fare, the Staccato should have been kitted up a bit with at least an optic and maybe should move holster forward just a bit for you draw speed... As compared to position you had it with the Sig. On the value side, totally agree, but the trigger on the Staccato is hands down better. Very little take up and minimal reset. Enjoyed your video...Have a great day...
I agree. And thanks for watching! Good day to you, too.
great video
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for stopping by!!
What holster are you running? I'm looking for one that will work with my Spectre Comp w/ Gas pedal
Safariland
I can't guarantee it'll work though. Mine was a little weird at first.
@@LOC_Tactical Could you please provide the model number?
Sorry buddy. This never popped up in my "Did not reply" feed. It's 6390RDS-4502-731
crazy seeing somebody with the exact same p320 build, except i’ve got Dpro and apex bar and trigger
Sick, dude! Let me know if you're ever in FL.
What comparisons would y'all like to see?
Uhm educate me here, but to me your test was more of an accuracy test and does not really show a comparison between a compensated firearm vs a non compensated firearm. Wouldn't showing split times instead highlight a compensators ability to return to zero faster due to less recoil be a better way to compare performance between the two? Then with the sig you went to showcase speed... but draw to first shot? Whats a compensator got to do with how fast you draw and get the sight picture and pull the trigger? I'm seriously inquiring here just in case I'm missing something. Unless you draw lines and measure angles I think to me... the only real indicator of performance betwenn the 2 platforms are split times and groupings.
@Dodgerockets That's actually a really good idea. I actually didn't even think of that.... Let me see what I can come up with. Sorry about that. I'll try to get something out for you. May be a little before I can get to the range, but I'll try to get a part 2 to this video if I can soon. Thank you for this comment!
@@LOC_Tactical Perhaps, to give Sig the best chance it can get, try matching a p320 axg legion against the staccato? That would be keeping with the video theme. An alternate, to match up with a compensated single action hammer fired would be the p226 x five legion. Still an apples/oranges comparison but perhaps the accuracy might be closer and with more careful documentation of the muzzle rise or lack there of on each.
Love my Herrington Arms comped p365xl.
I really want to do that too. What's the recoil like?
Much more manageable. Makes a micro compact shoot like compact. The recoil in the xl is already better than the micro, but add the comp and it shoots really flat. I’m a little guy and always feel like the recoil is more than it is, but after seeing myself on video the gun barely moves. I love it and it fits my hand like a glove.
Try a tungsten infused grip and Sig Armorer trigger for the Sig… Nice video, two beautiful guns!
That sounds sick. I’m looking that up now! Thanks for watching! I appreciate the compliments!
@@LOC_Tactical, the Grayguns trigger is a little more affordable and excellent too although not quite as good as the Sig Armorer trigger… The beauty of these guns is that you can create exactly what you want. BTW, get ready for the Sig haters and their nonsense…😂
Will that give it a crisp break as opposed to a spongy pull most P320s have?
I have an AXG combat I plan customize
I shoot both. Along with a Much more expensive watchtower Apache 2011 with a cheely E2 grip (6k$+) and a custom p320 spectre comp that is extensively modified.
The trigger differences is what sets mine apart. Even with the staccato 3.5-4lb pull
Took a good bit of recoil spring tuning to get my Herrington comp’d 320’s to run..
The Spectre uses the 1911 style rod with a 12lb spring.
My x compact uses the DPM with the softest spring.
Sounds like you should have made this video instead of me hahaha Nice setups!
@@LOC_Tactical the amount of times people talk about they’re sweet loadout but no dam videos… I’ll put the price tag of my guns in my comment to give it more validation.
You forget to mention the Staccato is a duty pistol. For LEO use it can not be modified in any way. A stock P320 is capable of duty use but would not come close to performing like the Staccato.
The video was not necessarily geared toward that, but that is true. The Staccato is superior, but the Sig is more enjoyable to shoot with all the work that was done to it.
The Staccato is hammer fired
The Sig 320 is striker fired.
Big difference!!!!
The Staccato is a Superior pistol by far.
But I also love my Sig 320's!
That is a big difference!
But the staccato didn’t jam 🤔

Indeed! You are a very keen individual!
Who's a good edgy-boi? What an edgy boi! Oh yes, you are!
Stacctto for the win
It is an awesome pistol, for sure!!
The Sig is obviously a good value, but this was a poor comparison. Your sig had the advantage of the of a compensator which definately gave the sig a big advantage in recoil management. Your sig also had the red dot providing an unfair advantage in accuracy testing. Still, both weapons did well even though the distance to the target was minimal. What would be more interesting and fair, put a red dot and compensator on the Stacatto. Sight it in and do a comparison at 25 yards.
You are correct. The comparison was to see if you could build a Sig to be good enough to outperform a stock Staccato, hence the title of the video.
I would like to comp the P and direct mill an Aimpoint Acro, but that takes quite a bit of money that I don't have right now. Good suggestion.
@@LOC_Tactical Your right. Reading is fundamental. Thanks
I have a custom ported Sig M18. It's got an Apex trigger kit and a TXG grip module. I have tested it side by side against the Stac XC and I will tell you that I was quite amazed on how well my Sig did in a dead nuts comparison. With the exception of the Stac's 2.75lb trigger pull, they felt identical. Recoil was nearly the same, ergonomics were the same and the weight was negligibly on point. For the roughly $1500 price difference between my built pistol and Stac's flagship model, I'd say that a custom built P320 is definitely a contender and one that is hard to beat.
100%. I think that for the average buyer this is the best bang for the buck. BUT, Staccato is a phenomenal pistol. Staccato is the best Duty pistol on the market, in my opinion, for the performance and capacity you get stock.
This is your rude comment 😂 but really good video man.
😂😂😂😂 I give this comment a "10/10"!
What holster is that?
Which gun?
I'll assume he means your sig which is a safari lands right?
@@nickminderman7380 Yes, Sig is Safariland.
Is a full size holster to accommodate the comp?
@@Nerosreign Yes. It makes it 4.7" overall length.
I love my Z320 over my Staccato ANYDAY! It handles much better, quicker acquisition of target, perfect POA with the Trijicon type 2 red dot, lighter, more modular, cheaper and ultimately more sexy!
The only thing that lacks is the trigger which I hope SIG will improve upon.
Sick!!
@@LOC_Tactical even the slide is so much easier to manipulate and the take down is in seconds!
@@skeltonjosue1284 Sig makes some really good guns, for sure!
That beard tho 🔥🥵
😂😂👌👌
It should be called a sheep’s mask. Follow the other trends and get tattooed
@HWG-wm8ld I don't believe in following trends. Getting caught up in following what everyone else thinks is for the faint of heart, in my opinion. It's America. Don't let other people tell you what to believe and do. Instead, use sound study and educate yourself so that you're not lacking in quality information to form your own beliefs.
Thanks for the comment, though.
@HWG-wm8ld ah yes: the sheep accusation. I prefer being called a lemming, but sheep will do. That's why I have tattoos! I want to be just like everyone else!
In all seriousness though, what does having a beard have to do with being a sheep? Like actually? Being clean-shaven was the trend 30 years ago, were you a sheep back then? Or are you just a perpetually edgy-boi?
@@HWG-wm8ld it sounds more like you *can't* grow a beard and must feel inferior.
Turned me off with no round in the chamber.
Hahaha, fair enough. Thanks for at least dropping by. Best of luck to you!
Closes his eyes after every shot but his rounds are touching. What is this witchcraft?
Haha, fundamentals. I was closing my eyes because the concussion was making my eyes act up a little.
No the answer is no it cant
🤔🤔🤔 You didn't watch the video lol
Kinda apple to oranges to me. Compare that to a stock xc
@davidstewart8975 I said that in the video.... hahaha 😆 😂 Plus, that's why the title said, "Comp'd sig... outperform...stock staccato." lol
How many times you have to smack the slide on the staccato to load the round? Like comparing a built Honda to a stock Porsche can’t go wrong with the quality and reliability of staccato
@@davidstewart8975 Staccato is built much better than P320, but that doesn't change the fact that the Sig shot better lol
My Staccato is far more inherently accurate than my Sigs, glocks and even CZs
Awesome!
I'm pretty sure your beard is a -.24 buff
Did you have a stroke bro?
@@mattsquat5803 for sure. Should have been a -.25 buff to alacrity. Definitely a stroke.
I have no idea what this even means lol
You need more practice. The Staccato is significantly faster then the Sig. It is not even close. The Staccato also does not discharge while holstered or when you drop it or snap in half from shooting 147 grain ammo. The 320 is trash.
Your Sig broke? Your Sig went off in the holster?
Also, yes, I do need to practice more. When can you meet me out at the range to run through some pistol drills?
You do understand, there are more X5’s competing on the world competition stage right? Additionally, with the right trigger (Sig Armorer or Grayguns) both guns are blisteringly fast (mostly comes down to the shooter).
The SIG does not go off when holstered unless the trigger is depressed. If you believe that, you’re a complete rube, heavily influenced by Bloomberg lawyers. Please refrain from comments when you have obviously very little to back it up.
@@LOC_Tactical I compete USPSA in the Houston Area. I shot over 20 matches last year. I have a Master rank in Limited 10 and Limited Optics, bring it.
@tmgjurassic3738 I just asked if you'd run me through some pistol drills. I think you're proud of yourself, though. Good for you. I've gleaned a lot of your skill level through your first comment, though.
@@thegreenberetlife0191 I am shocked that there are more inexpensive guns then more expensive guns, who would have guessed? You can compete in limited optics with the X5, but people don't. I wonder why?
Apples to Oranges pal. Save it.
It is apples to oranges. But if you read the title, you'll see that the video matches the title.
Sig sucks
😂😂😂😂 Funny. What is your gun of choice?
Not fuckin sig lol you can take them all ya want
@@hungerballistics24 Haha. Seriously, though. What is it?
