Brooo, so what's gonna happen with Pastor Robert Morris King's University 🤔
at roughly 6:45 you say that "Caleb says...not well received" but if you zoom in to stage right's seating, my wife and I are actually HERE at this service, and for a Saturday 4pm service, we had roughly 8-12% more then normal attendance! I'm usually able to arrive at 3:15 and be one section more centered and front row (I have ADD, I need as little as distractions as possible to get the most out of the messages.) I digress, Elder Tra W. is seen every weekend practically, and because he has 7 kids, 6 girls (not 5), he has his tall black well-used MB Sprinter Van that anyone who parks on children services side, has to walk passed to get into Gateway. Yes we see him all the time, but have never heard him speak before. Keeping in mind that Board of Elders mostly consist of non-staff members, few on-staff elders, but Tra is one of them. And this was WELL-RECEIVED at main campus live. Can I say ANY broadcasted message ever has the same impact as live??! It categorically does NOT. That's why we go to 4pm Saturday service most often. At times when wife is in choir, I'll attend a couple or few services, the claps we gave live don't happen on other services, RM's little puns or jokes don't get same laughs as LIVE does?! So my suggestion to Caleb is this, start attending LIVE services at Southlake Campus at 4pm on Saturdays!!! You're probably ADD or ADHD too?! But to speak on behalf of 100,000 attendees is rather bold, especially since I was there in person when this actually happened. How do I know it was well-received? Well, we had one service song, then a meet and greet after we prayed corporately for those next to us, then Tra gave his message from the Board of Elders (who are the oversight, not same as staff, nor same as Pastors on staff, all different areas), then our Swedish Pastor gave an incredible message THEN we finished our worship set with Pastor Mark Harris, his son Matthew, and his daughter-in-law Jessie Harris!!! and the kids that were there, bit by bit they did something I'd never seen in 13 years, they came to the front of the stage and worshipped God up front, and with a FULL heart of praise and worship! And I'd love to see us change our service pattern to this, it was that incredible!!! And guess what, it ran 25 minutes LONGER than normal, but nobody started to leave early like often happens at end of services!!! So yeah, I'd say that it was well-received in person!!!
I believe the firm was mentioned in the talk. If not its on their website.
@@thatomofolo452 I was wondering that too. His son and daughter in law graduated from there I believe.
@@thund3rduck sad 😟
Also Robert Morris' wife was NOT a victim of him. She was complicit.
Thank you
She’s a victim of this ideological system that taught women are to blame for sexual assault.
@@ruchi750Women vs Children. She is complicit. She helped perpetuate the false narrative she is no victim
well you'd need to add CC's dad, who, as I understand it, was the ONLY Pastor of the 4?! You think its a coincidence that she waited till the year after her dad could have also been charged for failing to report??? You cannot blame Debbie without blaming dad as complicit.
AMEN!
I feel so bad for his children now that they have their own children and families too. The amount of people this affects is mind blowing. I pray Cindy is finding her healing.
Don't feel bad for his kids, they will inherit his $100s of millions and all have high paid positions in Gateway. They're all doing just fine and likely defend their dad.
@@ashleygreen4728 agree. The tension alone at family gatherings is going to be crazy.
@@MH-ru8he most likely they’ll step away from gateway. His son was set to inherit the lead pastor position.. haven’t heard if that’s still the case but I’d imagine he won’t anymore
@@ashleygreen4728 The only way out of this is a full throated contrite confession and willingness to face the legal consequences for not only Morris , but his complicit wife and the elders that knew...and they knew.
they didn't play the whole "apology".. in their video it skips from the 5.51 mark to the 11 minute mark. if you watch the actual video the elder initially mentions the victim and vaguely about the abuse (without anything specific) and then pivots the focus to how much good the church has done. then the next guy walks up and talks about how our focus shouldn't be on a person but in Jesus. this is gaslighting 101. just be clear and tell the church what exactly happened and apologize and get off the stage without trying to justify people staying in the church. so much damage control.
yup!
@@deeayeveeeyees and what would you expect them to do? Every one is appalled at what he did. Robert is out and the church has to address that and move forward. It’s not like you have to out the mission of the church on hold while they dig into this.
@@bkoch1 gateway fostered this abuse by Robert Morris so I think the need to clean house
@@bkoch1 like I said, just be clear about what happened and apologize instead of gaslighting them and making the "apology" about how much good the church has done.
I'm sorry if I seem cynical, but the fact that this Board did not fire him but allowed him to retire, makes me question the sincerity of this apology. That does not sound like accountability to me.
Good point
It’s all about the money.
Probably because if they fired him they’d need to pay for severance.
@@GabeGarsia That makes no sense. You don't have to pay severance when you fire someone for cause.
@@GabeGarsia- severance is for when someone gets laid off … often due to downsizing.
No. Forgiveness Does NOT equal reconciliation.
💯Truth.
💯Agreed.
💯Nor does it negate the CONSEQUENCES of SIN. And if someone/anyone has issue with how Morris is playing out for the WORLD TO SEE and whining about the length of time that has past blah blah blah, read 2 Samuel 12 and have a little talk with God about He handled King David due to the “evil” things David did in “secret”, in the “dark”.
GOD told David (through Nathan the prophet) now the sword shall NEVER leave your house and I will do this thing in the LIGHT for ALL of Israel to SEE.
David had the opportunity to truly and sincerely repent but he did not until GOD addressed Him.
Morris had the same opportunity and he despised God and had no respect for God so HOLY GOD has acted righteously for the world to see.
Morris should be in prison.
Again with the "young lady". She was 12! And the crime, not "moral failing" went on for 5 years.
As much as Morris lied and tried to twist the story along, I wouldn't doubt there's other victims.
The wife knew! the victim was 12 and he had to step away from pastoring when he was in his 20’s - while married and they had a kid together when this happened.
I hate the lack of accountability, I even made a video on my channel explaining. It’s just disgusting seeing people do ish and not wanting to face the consequences
Justin Peters’ video on this subject had a former staffer say thier is STILL an elder that DID know about this at the time and HE IS STILL ON STAFF. It that is true HE should have gave the speech to the church NOT “the “sacrificial lamb father of a dozen girls elder” that wasn’t there at the time of the events even happening.
If he was “disturbed” why didn’t they FIRE him instead of allowing a resignation.
I was SA when I was a child by multiple males, and I never ever thought nor desired of doing that to a child
So sorry you went through that 🙏 I hope you were able to get support by trusted people in your life 🙏
The original leaders who were told back when Cindy was 16 were wrong to not report Robert and to keep it a secret. Even Robert's wife knew the girl was a young teen but went along with the cover up. We can not continue such bad choices and must stand up for justice.
The outside law firm is Haynes & Boone. According to its website, the firm handles crisis management.
The elders should have fired him and not accepted his resignation.
He wasn't just put back in. He was promoted.
Whattt??
Robert Morris is solely accountable for the abuse but I really have a hard time with his wife’s response in twisting what happened into this victim. I can’t understand how a woman can ever be ok with her husband having this kind of interaction with a 12 year old!!! The whole thing is sickening. So many adults failed this poor woman when she was just a child.
As a Gateway member, and volunteer for years, it is so heartbreaking to have to deal with this..However, I do want to share that they did provide the name of the law firm in the email they sent out to every gateway member. They also are doing intimate meetings with the volunteering members and employees (including me) to talk about this situation. I am praying for revelation and guidance during this time because I no longer want to attend.
I will be praying for you and for your church ❤.
At times like this, pray for Pastor Robert Morris and the Gateway Church members. Also pray for Cindy. Attend your church service, you are needed.
What can a "law firm" do? They only know (and can only apply) the rules of "secular" law - a cowardly cover for the so-called elders. So, you turn over that which is spiritual to that which is carnal.
@@Nimfa-hf6hy I have been praying for everyone... God will lead me to the right choice for His greater purpose.
@@zelennym.7425 God's peace and grace be with you.
They should call Paul Washer to be the new pastor haha
“I trust blippi with my children more than this guy” !!😂😂😂😂
Bro! I love the subtle comments
The parents primarily failed the victim by not going to law enforcement.
This part too
Every pastor and church connected to morris needs to be investigated
Investigated by whom? Who orders the investigation? What are the qualifications of the person/group/organization who orders the investigation? Indeed, should there be an investigation or some deeper/spiritual action that impacts the entire church? A carnal mind cannot graciously answer any of these questions.
@@mcgillstern very true, biblically church issues should be resolved in the church, its just the tendency that megachurches often allow unsound doctrine and questionable moral issues to continue, therefore becoming a media spectacle that ultimately gives a bad look for the body of Christ to non believers, or cause believers to fall away. Ultimately Jesus will judge our iniquities, and just like when babylon was prevalent in the OT we have babylon in the church. May Truth prevail
At some point we just have to admit that mega churches don't work.
Mega churches just get the attention. I go to a small church and had the exact same thing happen with our former pastor 4 years ago. Him with a high school girl. Zero media attention. This stuff happens all the time in small churches.
We need to pray for this church...
Probably could less sky god talking…more action
@@Billpeterson4785are you on the right side of RUclips or??? 😭😭
If the elders didn’t know then why in the statement that went out to church staff did it say that “Robert submitted himself to church leadership and THE YOUNG LADY’S FATHER”
If she was adult then Robert would not have to submit to her father.
That’s true, Good observation 🧐
We are aware that the board of elders knew about the age of the child.
My dad was a pastor at a really sick and dying church. They had a similar situation happen and they chose not to address it. The church voted to close it's doors and I was in the room where it happened. I watched my dad lose his job because this church would not address the problems. I'm so happy to see this happen and I'm glad this man stepped up to do this.
Morris like majority of mega church celebrity rock star pastors were put in young age and are narcissists . Breeding ground for SA. Religion as a whole! This is why we are Christ followers that study our Bible and try to bring others to saving grace of Jesus alone not a social club
It isn't the "church's" job to apologize to the congregation.
I moved to DFW in 2019. The main reason I never joined GW is because I never liked the idea of satellite campuses.
How did that work for you?
My family and I attended Gateway for 11 years. I was never really ok with not ever crossing a word w our pastor. I finally made up my mind when I realized we needed a pastor, not just a preacher.
I wish Gateway had hired Billy Graham's grandson, Boz Tchvividjian at GRACE to do the investigation.
@@janettemanderson7304 He is now the attorney for the victim, Cindy
7:31 Having a campus pastor have to deliver this terrible message would not have been fair to the campus pastor. It is not a campus pastor’s responsibility to oversee the Senior Pastor - it is the Elders’ responsibility. So this message absolutely should have come from an elder and maybe the campus pastor could have facilitated a convo on how the members felt.
Why did none of the elders ask or get more details, of Roberts sins? “Not told”, is not an excuse.
How much money have the Elders made?
This specific elder sharing is a non-staff lay leader. They have a blend of staff elders and non-staff elders who are leaders in the community.
@@Paul_A_Trimble so even worse, he was just stupid and didn’t take money for lies. Thanks for confirming.
He spoke live at 4pm on Saturday. The service is simulcast to all campuses at that time slot, and re-broadcast to all campuses at 9 and 11am on Sunday.
I’ve been there for 3 years - I’ve never met Tra. This was the first time I was aware he existed.
Listening on replay and making this comment while listening, not waiting until the end - they released a letter from the elders on Facebook and named the law firm they hires in that letter.
Let’s not forget that it was Cindy’s dad that chose not to go to the authorities to have Robert arrested, but allow the pastor and the elders of the church judge the matter (1 Corinthians 6:1-2).
Let’s also not forget that on October of 89, after the church’s pastor and elders had “judged” Robert, completed the restoration process and release him back into ministry, that now PASTOR Robert, for SEVEN months (something Cindy and her dad must’ve know) and his wife went to Cindy (now three months shy of her 20th birthday) and her dad’s home to ask for forgiveness. By ALL accounts Cindy and her dad forgave PASTOR Robert. Everything is possible, but it’s hard to believe that Cindy’s dad would grant Robert forgiveness if he was so much (according to Cindy) against him being back in ministry as a pastor. Of course he is now dead and has no say into Cindy’s allegations, now in 2024.
So my question is, if she does not dispute that as an almost 20 year old “young lady” she and her dad forgave pastor Robert, what exactly, now at 54, is she after trying to crucify and destroy pastor Robert’s ministry and life because, supposedly, 16 years after “forgiving” him he would not give her fifty thousand dollars to help with the treatment for the damage that Robert supposedly inflicted on her?
“Crucify” and “destroy” his ministry? That man should have NEVER had the opportunity to be a pastor again after what he did, that’s the point. Forgiveness doesn’t mean that he shouldn’t receive the consequences of HIS sin. After doing what he did to her, he got to go on and live his “best life now” meanwhile Cindy was left in the background to pick up the pieces. Whatever is happening to Robert now, is his fault. No one else’s than his. This is what happens when you ignore biblical requirements and let people slide for committing terrible acts. Whatever is occurring here is truly deserved. Imagine practically destroying someone’s innocence and potentially derailing their life and you can’t even muster up the money to pay for their counseling, something they have to go through because of YOU btw.
@@smileybits7833
My friend, you talk about “ignoring biblical requirements” but you fail to show me what those “biblical requirements” are. Tell me what they are. What in my post ignores “biblical requirements”? Your OPINION is based on American culture not on “biblical” culture. We should not be like the world or like we are in American culture where we just can’t listen and respond to each other in a civilized and respectful manner. Read my post again and give me a “biblical” rebuttal so I have something I can respond to with what the Bible says…
Any of elders or leaders at the time the crime was committed or anyone else in that church who was aware of what he did and said and did nothing (aside from the victim) are complicit before God and the law. This is why the church is looked at as a joke, because crimes like these are covered up all the time. This is sad.
I want to know why is no one talking about his wife? She knew?
She’ll probably divorce him, walk away with 50million and call herself a victim
They (Robert and Debbie) blamed it on Cindy having a Jezebel spirit, that she seduced him!
@@AnnalyFaith despicable.
He probably wasn't truthful with his wife. Why would she call the victim and tell her that she forgives her.for what being abused by her husband. That tells me that he didn't tell his wife the truth.
@@buck4472 If he didn't tell her the truth that reveals the kind of marriage they have. If he did tell her the truth, then that reveals what kind of person she is.
A 'pastor' ?? with an accumulated wealth of 117 million? Ahh, I don't think so. That, on top of the verified allegations from the young girl of 12 at that time in the 80's, now in her 50's, is mind boggling. This man should never have been l placed in authority over anyone, let alone Christian parishioners. He's in God's hands from here on out.
You can’t compare the type of trouble that Peter was in to the type of trouble. This guy is in. It’s not the same thing this church is full of gaslight
Acts 12:5 is not an applicable verse. Peter was in prison (trouble) because of persecution for the sake of the gospel. Robert Morris is in trouble because of his own sin. Huge difference.
The local pastors made themselves available in person following these services to answer questions. I took advantage of that time to meet with my local community life pastor and ask a couple difficult questions.
This was done once at the Saturday service, and then they replayed the video message at the services on Sunday.
So we just listen to anyone who says “I go to a satellite campus”
Are you implying that the person is potentially lying, or that somehow a “satellite campus” holds less weight somehow?
I’m sure it’s what their crisis management team told them to do. Trying to play on the sympathy of gullible people who refuse to want to see TRUTH! The idea that a man that is the father of 6 girls would be more credible, sincere.
It’s sickening how these people are continuing to only be concerned with damage control and holding onto the 💵 💰. Gateway is going to spend a fortune on Haynes & Boone as they try to minimize the many crimes , blame the victim(s), gaslight, lie and manipulate all for the sake of 💰💰💰. Pathetic.
Haynes and Boone is the law firm.
Don’t forget he was also a friend of the family. Staying in their home.
Why he has to apologize for someone else sin and abuses?
Why the guilty person is not doing himself???
That’s a lot of burden to put on a father of 5 girls. Just saying…I hurt for the victims, sorry for this father.
Name the law firm so they also can be held accountable for not covering up whatever they find
I have been attending since 2003
And don’t know this elder! I have disliked getting a message on any
Sunday by video especially when presenting an explanation or apology or truthful facts of this alarming revelation!
wow.. decades-long member don't even know this guy and that's who they chose to be the face of this apology. smh. hopefully you've found a better church.
I've always found satellite churches problematic and something that strikes me as more of a centralized control mechanism as much as anything else. When demographic changes pointed to the need for a new church here, we did not rent a hall and do a video feed from the existing church. A new priest was brought in and a new church was organized in the part of town where it was needed (CCOP Sen Sok, if you are ever in Phnom Penh). It seems like megachurches want to grow to the size of a denomination, but maintain the level of control over the members of a single local church. Fly by wire may work great, but I don't see worship by wire in the same light.
About attendance, it’s been said Saturdays service was full and Sundays service was almost empty. So you’re saying the picture of Sundays service was edited? The report said that people got up and walked out on Sunday when the sermon was a replay by video.
Wait...what?? His wife tells Cindy that she forgives...HER?? Cindy was a 12 yr old girl. I don't care if she striped down naked like Potiphar's wife... she is a child and he, a grown, married, "pastoral" man.
They named the law firm on their official statements on socials
This level of SA is something normal people have no idea how to handle. It’s sad to see this is why no power in the church. SX sin like this people do not know how to see this sin and them dismiss the red flags.
💡My suggestion to all Christians: Ask God to show you yourself and your heart. Allow God to work on you. Take your feelings, thoughts, words, and actions to God in prayer. Sift and process them through the Word of God. Let God Have The Final Say! "Judgment must begin at the house of God...the righteous shall scarcely be saved" (1 Peter 4: 17,18). Peter is telling us that the "Church" is going to be judged. And that the "Church" is in trouble.
🙏God, I ask You in Jesus' name to show me myself. God I give You permission to work on me. Sift me through Your Word, change me, prefect me, and conform me into the image of Your son, Jesus Christ. God do the same for the writer of this prayer, all my family, and friends. Bless us with the love, desire, and strength to respect and honor You in our thoughts, words, and actions. Thank You Jesus. Amen, so be it by faith.
Robert Morris can be forgiven with repentance.
Forgiveness is for our own well being, not dependent upon anyone's repentance. With that said, robert has not shown any signs of admitting his web of deceptions for the past 40+ years, let alone a humble public apology. Praying that he would do so...
I do not believe this elder knew and I believe he is sincere. He is hurting
The child who is now a young lady told The board of elders, so they were aware years ago. I’m sorry I know that’s hard to hear.
@@SkyBlue-vn9im I think you are right. They did know
The law firm isn’t as independent as they make it sound. The law firm is Haynes and Boone and they specialize in huge crisis management
We go to a satellite campus. Our campus pastor spoke as well. The elder was received well at our campus. Our campus leadership had a sign up sheet to meet one on one for any reason. I have been completely impressed how the current leadership has been addressing this tragic event. Everyone has been blindsided from the top down. Everyone I have spoken to has felt utterly betrayed by the details that RM kept hidden from everyone. Also everyone is making the assumption that her age was known by the SG pastor/elder. I am leaning to believe no one knew her age and when it started except for RM and CC. I don’t believe that Cindy revealed the details of How long it went on or the age of her when it started when she told her father in 1987. As a SA victim myself some details may have not surfaced until after years of therapy. To me this explains why her parents didn’t go to the police because they must have believed it was all around the time she told her parents which was when she was 17. From what I have read TL believed it had started when she was 16 which was the age of consent of the time in Oklahoma.
Thanks for accurate up to date info!
If no one knew but Robert and Cindy, then why did her dad threaten to call the sheriff? If the age of consent was 16 and that’s what she communicated to her father, there would be no reason to call the sheriff. So I fully believe that the pastor of Shady Grove knew her age. Everyone else though, I do not believe that they knew and I do believe that Robert hid that information from all other parties moving forward. Such a travesty.
This explanation makes sense to me.... About the delay of some of the facts.
Thanks
@@shannonpritchard6642 i agree with you on ithe whole thing being a travesty. So if the father knew her age when it began then why even go to the SG pastor at all? Why wouldn’t he go straight to the police? Those are the ?’s I have. Why haven’t either of Cindy’s parents been interviewed to find out what actually was reported and if he reported the age of 12 I want to hear why a father wouldn’t have gone to police in the first place? I appreciate your thoughts and honest dialogue.
@@AimeeArnold-ph2ky I’ve wondered the same thing about her father. Why in the world wouldn’t he go directly to the police? I really have no idea. He was the first person to have failed in all of this.
“This guy is a wizard” lollolololol 😂
Honestly, I’m wondering why is this elder speaking instead of an elder who was there from the beginning? I’m still waiting to hear comments from the Pastor of Pillar church who was on staff since his early adult life.

Hah Drake just moved to a ranch out in Texas 20 mins from where I live. If I meet him in town I am going to invite him to church!
Albert Tate was scheduled to speak the week prior so Kamtel was called up last minute. Apparently there is history about Albert Tate with the same stuff. I was at the NFW campus on Sunday 9am service and I saw this same message. Some feel he was not genuine and his tears were fake. I don’t feel that way. I don’t know him but appreciate this message to us. Our campus pastor had a great comforting talk with us and I told him I was thankful for what he had to say. I am very torn and continue to pray if I must leave or stick thru this trial. I pray truth prevails and truth spoken at the pulpit. I am there for Jesus not the person behind the pulpit. I love my Gateway family. Please keep us in your prayers.
If you pray and feel able to help turn this ship in the correct direction following the New Testament , stay. This will probably be a safer church now than some others because of the scrutiny they are under. God bless and God speed 🙏 Jesus is Lord 🙌
The elder board shouldn’t be using tithe money to investigate it. They should contact the authorities and if they want an internal review take a sample of 20 random regular church going adults to hire the form and a committee, the elders can’t hire a firm to independently investigate themselves.
Biggest church with 100,000 members? FYI. The Catholic Church in America has 72 million ppl. equalling 23% of the country's population. Just so you know Ruslan. 😊
Greesy Grace believers , forgiveness doesn’t cancel out the effects of sin . Read your Bible
Agreed, hyper grace originated with lucifer at the garden, "Will you really die if you ate that fruit?" Meaning, will you really have any consequences for your actions? Both hyper grace and hyper legalism are direct paths to hell.
Agree about the " independent" law firm, of Dewey, Cheatham and Howe. A bs CYA move.
Please get in touch with Olen Griffing and find out what he knew. It has been reportes that he was at the meeting with Cindy's Father and Robert Morris. It is being reported that he is retired DPS who would have known to ask ages and gather facts!♡

Where’s the line of going to church to encounter God vs going to church for the community? I have a friend who stopped coming to church because they were let down by others in the community. Should this stop them from attending church? I believe that they should continue to go for God and not for others and their encounter with others. Can anyone help?
This is a dope video.
I don’t know if I agree with Ruslan though when he said, “this sucks for the people that go there.”Maybe through this whole scandal it acted as a test that we are not to put our faith in men but God. When we go through trials like this we are confronted with the reality of looking up to God and not men. And this acts a gauge for where our faith is, wether in men or God
I feel for this man... I believe he did NOT know the truth.
All elders back in the day when it happened needs to be arrested also.
Cindy will see justice.
Now truth has come out, they should retract the resignation and actually publicly fire him, then actually press charges.
If the church does that I should be able to move forward, if not then it makes them guilty.
Did the victim get 2 mil to keep quiet? I heard that somewhere else
What I've learned from as many times as I've seen this happen in the Church is that as disgusting as this is, he WILL be replatformed and will likely be a conference speaker in the next year.
Highly doubt that will happen. It’s not like he cheated on his wife with an adult woman. It was a child! No place will risk having him as a speaker anytime soon not even in a few years.
@@biellaspointofview2054 Then you're less cynical then I am I guess. I've just seen it before where very prominent and popular people have such a massive following that even after a HUGE falling they still get replatformed.
@@cjward_24 can you name one or two so I can look it up?
@cjward_24 As much as they are playing the '40 years ago' card, I agree with you. All it takes an American Evangelical circles is for a few other big name pastors to bring him before a big group, put their arm around him, and say 'it's okay brother - you've been such a blessing...'

I am assuming that Morris had to be accountable to the elders, & to what extent of information, was known, it was never dealt with properly. That’s why the massive repercussion. 1 Peter 4:17
Of course, Morris has played the "restored to ministry" canard. Again... restored to fellowship... after due punishment... and never back into leadership. Scripture does not require anyone be restored to leadership nor does admitting guilt relieve one from the consequences of one's sins. More people need to reflect the words of the Malefactor on the cross, even as he seeks forgiveness, "we receive the due reward of our deeds." Take the punishment due. Seek restoration to the assembly. Never be in leadership again. Never.
Do you think it's right to have his children in lead pastoral ministries?
I apologize for being emotional???? REALLY?? That is a phony statement….please feel sorry for me…
Agreed this is such a fake bad acting sappy speech. Totally fake.
They should have sacked him and Morris is a manipulative lying narcissist so to give grace goodness knows what Morris told his wife and others but the elders that knew should also be sacked and Morris should never have been allowed back into ministry even if people told it was a normal affair still should have be sacked then
“For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged…” Matth7:2
One day you gonna be judged too
Matthew 7:9 - “Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone?

I was SA’d… and I’m not an offender. I’m also not a defender of RM. But my goodness we can’t unite around Christ but we can all collectively rally around taking a dump on RM. This guy in the vid crying is pitiful. Theatrics and drama. None of this matters. Condemn bad behavior, let the consequences be what they are. Don’t sweep it under the rug. Pastors with this specific issue isn’t even new. I really don’t understand the amount of time devoted to this guy. This stuff happens everywhere all the time. Said it before, will say it again… dead horse.
By the way I have 4 girls and 2 boys. So I don’t speak without perspective. Let the nonsensical responses showing no one actually read my comment ensue…
is your issue that the apology wasn't sincere or that people like ruslan are talking about it?
What exactly is your issue here and what's your solution?
Maybe I'm wrong. Now that I am listening more I don't like some of the things about the independent people they are hiring.
Soooo, only on child ? Highly unlikely
Peter was in trouble in Acts 12:5 for preaching the gospel so Herod put him into prison - NOT SA’ing a 12 yo girl 😢 using that scripture along with the softly playing keys to transition the service is absolutely ridiculously out of context and so disrespectful a) to the Word of God and b) the suffering victims of abuse 😡
Im not sure why people are saying if they are not sure if they can forgive him. Isnt this up to the family and the woman he had SA if they want to forgive only? But then isnt it up to the church to recognize who is and isnt fit to be a leader in a church? Think that os 2 separate things that are being blurred together. Feels like the corporate mega church has blurred the lines of business practices and leading the congregation.
Forgiveness is urs lady in adultery Jesus's forgave
The campus pastors spoke at each campus during the beginning moment we call “ oversight” so they did hear from each local campus pastor.
