I own a 170r and a GEO 4. Just picked up a shocker amp and played 2 full weekends with it. And must I say I think its my favorite out of the 3. Amazing gun.
I own both, think I lean more toward the DSR, but still have trouble deciding which to take out for the day. They're both awesome markers with their own strengths.
Could you do a video on why someone might want to upgrade their beginner marker (like an EMEK) to a higher end marker? Like list perks, cons, reasons to upgrade, test to see "accuracy" is really better on higher end markers vs beginner tier
Or....OR....you could critically think about it yourself, instead of having someone tell you what you want to hear. What don't you like about your current marker? What would you change? Go from there and look for other markers that fix those issues, if you can't fix said issues with mods to your current marker. RESEARCH AND LEARN
Hey, I'm new to paintball. I know this will probably be an annoying question but would appreciate it if anyone could help. Anyone know why when I connect my co2 tank to the marker it shoots rapidly for like a quick second? It does this every time I connect it. I've only used the gun 3 times and every time it has done this. I have a TMC and a 12oz tippmann tank.
It could be an o-ring not seated properly or something is up with your bolt but I would suggest getting an hpa tank they are more reliable and efficient
@@tristenbaker4387 someone on a forum told me that since it is a blowback marker that I have to cock the marker before connecting the tank. Also not exactly new but getting back into paintball and I forgot you had to cock it first.
Best thing would be to go to your field and ask someone to shoot them. Shooting a couple balls and how both feel in the hands will tell you what you need to know. I’d personally take the dsr shot over anything
I don’t own either but from when I used them for a couple games each I liked the dsr more(not the dsr+ but is mostly the same). The dsr to me had a better shot consistency and felt more comfortable. The shocker on the other hand was great too but I felt more comfortable with the dsr and the shots. They both are great guns and it comes down to preference.

check your o-rings, make sure you cock the marker before you air it. also read the manual.
